Britney Spears took a small step toward motherhood Nov. 29, bringing home a new puppy. The pop star, who turned 23 on Dec. 2 and has said she's eager to start a family with new husband Kevin Federline, is already pampering the Chihuahua pup (who joins her Maltese, Lacy) by toting it around Malibu with its own playpen and dressing it up in fur-collared jackets.
