CHEEKIEST RED-CARPET TRIO

Britney Spears, 23, slipped back into red carpet mode at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Dec. 8 to make her first official appearance with husband Kevin Federline, 26, since their surprise September wedding. Spears, who walked onstage in a tight minidress, presented Kanye West with the rapper of the year award, but on the red carpet she toted a trophy of her own: her latest family addition, a Chihuahua.
