It's been a tough week for PEOPLE cover girl Lindsay Lohan, 18, even as she celebrated the release of her debut album, Speak. First, the "Rumors" singer faced accusations that she lip-synched during her Dec. 6 Good Morning America performance, a claim her rep denies. Then on Dec. 9, her father, Michael Lohan, 44, was sentenced to rehab and barred from seeing his movie-star daughter. "Michael has problems that he needs to deal with – he needs to take care of himself," says Lindsay's mom, Dina, 42.
