Scotland's sexiest import since Sean Connery, Gerard Butler has romanced the likes of Angelina Jolie and Katherine Heigl – and that's just on screen!

The lawyer-turned-actor seduced Jolie in 2003's Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life and serenaded Emmy Rossum from behind the mask in 2005's The Phantom of the Opera. But it was his turn as loin-clothed Spartan King Leonidas in the $210 million hit 300 that catapulted the chiseled hunk to fame.

Butler followed up his bloody role with a slew of films, with hit rom-coms P.S. I Love You and The Ugly Truth, before returning to his machismo roots with Guy Ritchie's RocknRolla and the action hit Law Abiding Citizen.
