The Captain America star and New Orleans native uproots Creole, Cajun and Southern cuisine to Brooklyn, fostering the feel of a neighborhood bar in a metropolitan city – all while hoping to shed light on one of the Big Easy's beloved concoctions: milk punch, a dairy-based cocktail dating back to the 19th century. "I hate when I go to a New Orleans–style bar and they're like, 'Oh, we have Bloody Marys,' " he told New York Magazine in 2013. "And I'm like, 'Do you have milk punch?' And they're like, 'What is that?' I'm like, 'You're not a New Orleans bar.' It's just as New Orleans as Sazeracs and Bloody Marys."
