Spring is here – which means bathing-suit season is just around the corner. Gwyneth Paltrow, who writes on her blog Goop that it's "unrealistic to follow those '10 Days to a Bathing Suit-Ready Body' routines expecting to actually achieve a drastic change," enlisted her trainer Tracy Anderson to craft a heart-pumping dance routine to help people get their bodies in shape this spring.
