BOUNCE BACK AFTER BABY

Less than two months after the birth of daughter Nahla Ariela, Halle Berry is back to her pre-baby shape. It's all about balance for the actress, who's combining a healthy diet (vegetables, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and lots of water) and a five-day-a-week workout (which includes cardio and strength training) with trainer Ramona Braganza.
