Bare Necessities

Before turning the big 4-0, McCarthy appears in her seventh nude pictorial for Playboy. The host of NBC's Love in the Wild tells PEOPLE she doesn't have any regrets when it comes to baring it all. "It's probably a lot more sophisticated than a lot of the stuff you'd see of people with their clothes on," the 39-year-old says of her pictorial.

New Girl on the Block

After he makes a steamy appearance on her VH1 talk show, McCarthy begins dating New Kid on the Block Donnie Wahlberg. "Being turned on by a guy is always fun but to have it legitimately happen to you on TV is to be turned back into a 12-year-old," she blogs of Wahlberg's visit to the show, which occurred in late March and involved the pair seductively sucking on red lollipops while discussing talking dirty. "By the time we get into the groundbreaking interview, my face turns fifty shades of RED."
