In August, Walsh steps out with a new man, writer and father of two Chris Case. "They met through friends," says a source. "He thinks she's amazing. They're very happy."
Following six seasons, Private Practice goes off the air in a finale that sees Dr. Addison Montgomery tie the knot with Benjamin Bratt's Jake. "It was hugely emotional, and there were a lot of tears. It felt very dreamy and symbolic," Walsh said of filming the series's conclusion. "It's a fairytale and fantastic and a really great ending."
Walsh's new NBC series, Bad Judge, is pulled off the air after its initial 13-episode run. The comedy, starring the former Private Practice actress, only averages 5.7 million viewers and is even criticized by real judges, including the Miami-Dade chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, who call the show a "step in the wrong direction."
