With two more kids in their brood – sons Michael and Brendan Joseph – plus a fourth on the way, Wahlberg, 38, and Durham, 31, make it official in Beverly Hills. "We continue to grow in our relationship," he tells PEOPLE of his on-and-off partnership with longtime love Durham. "I think we have a much better chance at succeeding and staying together."
Timed to the release of his hit comedy The Other Guys and his HBO production Boardwalk Empire, Wahlberg receives his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with his family, which now includes daughter Grace Margaret, by his side. "When we watch TV before we all go to bed and [my kids] snuggle around me – that's what I love," he tells PEOPLE of his happy home life.
Wahlberg pulls double duty, producing and starring in The Fighter, based on the life of Boston boxer "Irish" Micky Ward. "I grew up as a huge fan of Micky Ward," he tells Charlie Rose of shepherding the project for more than five years. The heartfelt drama earns Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor (Christian Bale) and dual Best Supporting Actress Oscar nominations for Amy Adams and Melissa Leo.
Leading the cast of Contraband, Wahlberg collects credits as producer and star of the fast-paced thriller, which co-stars Kate Beckinsale and opens No. 1 at the box office.
Working his comedy chops, Wahlberg stars in Ted as an average guy caught between his girlfriend and best friend – a magical, foul-mouthed teddybear. "I read the script and 30 minutes into it, 30 pages into the script, you forget about the bear," the actor tells ABC News. "It's just this great buddy movie." The film takes the top spot at the box office, raking in $54.1 million.
