Kristen Stewart has emerged.
Almost a month after the Twilight star, 22, confessed to cheating on longtime boyfriend Robert Pattinson, 26, the actress was photographed on Monday, looking somber in Los Angeles.
Sporting a dark cap on her head (the actress has worn a similar-colored Baltimore Orioles hat before, as has Pattinson), and wearing a white, midriff-baring top, a distressed but fit-looking Stewart makes her way to a car, holding a McDonald's coffee cup and what appeared to be a bouquet of flowers.
Since photos emerged of Stewart being affectionate with her Snow White and the Hunstman director Rupert Sanders, she has maintained an incredibly low profile, while Pattinson made a series of first public appearance since the scandal on Aug. 13, to promote his film Cosmopolis.
A source says Stewart will make her first public appearance, to promote her latest film, On the Road, during the Toronto International Film Festival, which begins Sept. 6.
