The Welsh actress, 43, wowed on Thursday night as she strolled the red carpet for the Red 2 premiere in Westwood, Calif., in a strapless, lacy black dress that showed off her fit physique.
It was one of Zeta-Jones's first public appearances – and her first on a red carpet – since voluntarily checking in to a treatment facility for further help managing her Bipolar II disorder, which she first revealed in 2011.
On Thursday, the Oscar winner posed for photos with co-stars including Bruce Willis, Helen Mirren, Mary-Louise Parker and John Malkovich, stopped for a few photo-ops with fans and laughed with reporters on the red carpet.
Asked whether husband Michael Douglas should call her "doctor" now that she received an honorary degree from Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama last week, she giggled and said, "No! I'm a CBE as well (Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire), and he doesn't call me a CBE either, but I'm still very honored."
Douglas, 68, was not spotted at Thursday's premiere, but at Cannes in May he expressed his support of his wife's decision to seek further treatment. "She's doing a really good job of getting balanced. I'm proud of her."
