"As many times as I have protected Lamar or dodged a bullet for him, lately everything is getting more than what I can protect or control," Khloé, 29, said during a confessional after her husband's agent called looking for him. "I'm getting bombarded with questions, and I don't know what to say."
Reports first surfaced in August that the former Los Angeles Lakers star, 34, was using "hardcore recreational drugs" for two years and even spent time in rehab.
"I feel like a connection with him because he's married to my sister, but I don't know what goes on in that house," Khloé's sister Kourtney Kardashian said on the show, adding that couple who are currently leading separate lives "live in their own world" with "weird stuff going on."
On an earlier episode of Keeping Up, Khloé also addressed her marital woes, explaining, "I laugh to keep from crying," while telling Lamar through cameras, "You're not my child. I can't lock you in a room, as much as I would like to."
