While it's nice to see something other than loose waves on the red carpet, Julianne Hough, Connie Britton, Ashley Judd and Kate Mara missed the mark with their curious coifs. Hough's beau Ryan Seacrest even called her out for not taking his beauty advice and going instead with the bizarre sculptural do.
