While filming a scene on the N.Y.C. set of Mania Days Tuesday, Katie Holmes came face-to-face with a squirrel – and that's when things went nuts.

Testing her quick reflexes, the actress seemingly tried to pet her new furry friend at one point. (As a New Yorker, we'd think she would know better than to try and touch a rodent!)

Amanda Seyfried has never been shy about her love of Australian shepherd Finn – just check out her Twitter! – and it seems people are noticing.

"Let's talk about your dog. Now I love animals, everyone knows that I love animals. Your relationship with your dog is borderline," Ellen DeGeneres tells the Epic actress during a Thursday appearance on her talk show.

"Oh yeah, I know," responds Seyfried, 27. "He's with me right now. He's actually backstage. I really can't go many places without him."

Leonardo DiCaprio seems to have taken the late Roger Ebert's rating system of "Two Thumbs Up" to the next level.

While in town for the Cannes Film Festival, the actor, 38, was photographed partying at Gotha Club on Monday with his friend, fellow actor Lukas Haas – and a mystery woman.

Keeping a low profile in a newsboy hat, the Great Gatsby star, 38, was spotted giving a thumbs up to a woman in a white top. Later, she mimicked his gesture and returned it with a smile.

Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney told PEOPLE Wednesday that she's filming a new series for Bravo with husband-to-be Eddie Judge – and it's all about their journey to the altar.

"Eddie and I are so excited to share our wedding with the viewers. There are going to be a lot of fun scenes captured. It's amazing how much we are able to do in the given time frame," says Tamra, who recently opened a gym.

President Barack Obama's Prom Photos Released

Prom season might be coming to an end, but it lives on in photographs for President Barack Obama.

TIME has unearthed snapshots from the President's 1979 prom in Hawaii.

The previously unpublished photos of a 17-year-old Obama on the night of his senior prom came from Obama's classmate, Kelli Allman (née McCormack), who is pictured second from left.

The Daily Treat: Nothing You Do or Say Will Cheer Up Grumpy Cow

We thought we had seen it all when it comes to displeased, unsatisfied and generally non-smiley animals after we came face to face with Grumpy Cat.

But then we saw this cow.

We don't know why this Highland cow calf, Snowy (who we will affectionately call Grumpy Cow), is so angry. Born to two brown Highland cattle, Snowy's rare coat of fluffy white fur is something to smile about in itself. Perhaps the grass tasted a little bitter this particular day, or maybe Snowy's just a little bit upset about the demise of Robsten. (True love exists, we promise!)
