One of Australia's most eligible bachelors may now be off the market ... courtesy of Miranda Kerr.
The former Victoria's Secret model – who announced her separation from Orlando Bloom after three years of marriage this fall – is rumored to be dating Aussie billionaire James Packer.
Packer, 46, is a casino mogul and an insider tells PEOPLE he and Kerr, 30, "are definitely seeing each other." (Though a Kerr source says the two are strictly friends.)
In September, Packer announced that he had separated from his wife, Erica Baxter. The two were married in 2007 in a lavish ceremony on the French Riviera. They have three children: Indigo, 5, Jackson Lloyd, 3, and 15-month-old Emmanuelle Sheelah.

Spidey's back – and he's as tortured as ever.
Sony released the first trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Thursday. And while there are some new faces, it's clear Peter Parker is still struggling to balance his duties as a web-slinging superhero with those of a regular guy in love.

A day after admitting in court that she had used cocaine and marijuana in the past, Nigella Lawson said Thursday that she was embarrassed but wanted to come clean about the drug use.
"I would rather be honest, if ashamed, and explain the drug usage, but I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be bullied [with] lies," the celebrity chef, 53, said at the fraud trial of two former assistants, according to the Telegraph.
"I am not proud of the fact that I have taken drugs, but that does not make me a drug addict or a habitual drug user," she added.

Exactly three weeks after her double mastectomy, Amy Robach returned to Good Morning America on Thursday to give thanks and speak candidly about her cancer ordeal.
"I am feeling really good," the 40-year-old mother of two told GMA colleagues Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos and Josh Elliot. "Physically I feel remarkably well. Mentally, it's another challenge."
Robach's breast-cancer diagnosis came after she took an on-air mammogram for the show's October Pink Initiative. The discovery shocked the correspondent, who has no family history of breast cancer.
