The Voice coach, 33, has traded in his Loz Feliz, Calif., digs for a sweet spot in Beverly Hills, according to the L.A. Times.
The 6-bed, 7-bath estate, built in 1940, was listed at $4.83 million.

The pop star, 30, and her fiancé Jason Trawick have a new mansion in L.A.'s Thousand Oaks neighborhood, sources confirm to PEOPLE.
"Britney has bought a new house in the community she was already living in," the first source says of the new home nearby. "She, Jason and [her two sons] will live there."

"They knew they were headed for marriage when they bought the house together," a source tells PEOPLE.
"They've been nesting for quite a while now. They moved to the suburbs which has a pretty conservative lifestyle."
It's true: After just six months of dating, the couple purchased a home valued at more than $2 million in Bedford, N.Y., in April.

The Nashville-based singer, 22, who is dating Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s son Conor, 18, has bought a house in Hyannis Port, Mass., across the street from Conor's grandmother Ethel, according to several reports.
A realtor in Hyannis, Mass., confirmed the purchase to PEOPLE, saying Swift bought the property last week.

"[Libbey Ranch] reminds me of growing up in Tennessee, where we spent all day outside," she tells Elle Décor in its new issue, on stands Aug. 7. "I wanted my children to have that experience, to get muddy and hang out with the animals."
In a photo spread, Witherspoon, 36, reveals the bedrooms of daughter Ava and son Deacon – the rooms were decorated with designer Kristen Buckingham – and says the most popular area is what she calls the "great room."
