Shepherd, 48, stopped by The Meredith Vieira Show to discuss her comeback on ABC's daytime talk show, new wig line and son Jeffrey.

She left The View in 2014 but recently returned as a contributor – though she joked about her infrequent appearances, "it's like almost when Whoopi is sick, they will call me."
