She's a movie star. He's a rock star. And while Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin employed an untraditional term, "conscious uncoupling," in announcing their separation, they will now face the traditional task of dividing their considerable assets.

Just how big is their fortune? Estimates vary widely, but Britain's Sunday Times pegged their combined net worth at nearly $120 million in 2012.

Both stars made Forbes magazine's most recent Celebrity 100 list: Paltrow, 41, is ranked No. 71, while Martin's band Coldplay landed at No. 14.
