• It wouldn't be a New York visit without a visit to Dos Caminos for Ashlee Simpson-Wentz. The singer stopped by the Mexican restaurant's Park Avenue location for dinner with a female friend. The duo started with champagne and guacamole – then moved on to Patron margaritas and a shrimp quesadilla.

• Mariah Carey may be in Paris to promote her new album, but the diva didn't neglect her husband Nick Cannon. Before an intimate late-night supper at brasserie Le Boeuf sur le Toit, the duo drove across the city, stopping their limo on the Champ de Mars long enough to snap pictures of themselves outside the Eiffel Tower.

• Slumdog Millionaire sweethearts Freida Pinto and Dev Patel arrived for a romantic getaway at San Diego's Hard Rock Hotel "wrapped arm in arm, whispering in each other's ears," an onlooker says. Patel carried his girlfriend's bag into their suite before stepping out for dinner a deux at Nobu. The duo also swung by SeaWorld over the weekend, where they took a VIP tour and fed the animals. Before checking out, the couple relaxed at Float, the hotel's poolside lounge, then took a train back to L.A.

• An "adorable" Lauren Conrad joined pal Frankie Delgado at his table during a night out at Voyeur in L.A. Surrounded by female friends, the former Hills starlet drank a few glasses of champagne as she laughed and people-watched all night. Conrad was also busy on her BlackBerry, sitting down low and trying to remain low-key. Delgado, meanwhile, was wilder, pouring vodka right into his friends' mouths. The club promoter was the life of the party, entertaining his friends while Conrad snuck off before 1 a.m. Also at Voyeur that night: Lindsay Lohan, who continued her partying binge.

• Paris Hilton, dancing all over beau Doug Reinhardt at their booth inside L.A. nightspot Voyeur. The heiress was swinging around, drink in hand, but Reinhardt seemed more interested in watching other clubgoers pass by. Still, that didn't stop him from making out with Hilton and even joining in on the dancing. Soon they were whispering to each other and texting at their crowded table. Also there that night: Lindsay Lohan and Ryan Phillippe.

• Taylor Swift walked into Avenue, a new Nashville nightspot, to a round of applause, with her music blaring over the loudspeakers and her historic CMA victory replayed on big screens. The newly minted entertainer of the year held court in a short, black vintage-style dress, doling out big hugs to well-wishers and taking countless photos with anybody who asked. The 19-year-old posed with her mother, Reba McEntire and other party guests at the Big Machine bash. Also in attendance: Jimmy Wayne, Jack Ingram and Justin Moore. • Jessica Alba, toasting celebrity photographer Mark Liddell's new book with hubby Cash Warren during a bash in L.A. The duo "seemed very much in love," an onlooker tells us, adding that Alba talked up her daughter Honor all night. Alba also gave a warm speech about Liddell, praising him for his work with the Trevor Project, while guests munched on food prepared by Top Chef contestant Marcel Vigneron.

• In Paris for work, Kristen Stewart shared a surprise encounter with Fergie after a late-night dinner at the Hôtel Costes's restaurant. "It was totally unplanned," a source there tells us. Stewart was dining with her New Moon castmates Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, but the guys left by 1:30 a.m. to return to their hotel. "Kristen stayed behind," the eyewitness says, adding that she chatted with Fergie until about 2 a.m. when they left the hotel together, holding hands as they walked out. "[They] looked like they'd gotten on really well."

Joined by a group of about 10 friends who sipped champagne and danced in a booth, the pop star sizzled in a white blazer, sleek hat and ruby red lips. "She was loving it when they played her new song," says a clubgoer. "And when the deejay announced she was there, the entire place started cheering."

Flanked by four friends at Chicago's Sunda New Asian restaurant, the duo noshed on spicy lobster and Wagyu sushi rolls, then walked to Underground nightclub, where they rubbed elbows with rocker Gavin Rossdale. The couple danced until 2 a.m., as Harris dutifully poured out Grey Goose cocktails for herself and her fiancé.
