Lauren Conrad has left the Hills – that is, her $1.3 million condo in Beverly Hills – for a new place in the ritzy Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The reality star and fashion designer, 27, has plunked down $3.745 million on a spacious New England-style home – a two-story property extensively renovated by celebrity designer and star of Bravo's Flipping Out, Jeff Lewis.

"That's not really my style," Cuban tells PEOPLE. "I want to be comfortable."
Comfort is a multi-tasker's must-have, says Cuban, 54. Along with appearing on ABC's Shark Tank and investing in those start-ups, running his AXS.tv network, directing NBA'S Dallas Mavericks as owner and juggling other investment opportunities, Cuban is also an involved dad to kids Alexis, 9, Alyssa, 6, and Jake, 3 with wife Tiffany, 40.

Prospective home buyers can now get a glimpse inside the Malibu home of former Playmate and actress Pamela Anderson, 45, who has put her posh beach digs up for sale.
Anderson's property, which is listed for $7.75 million, is located a block from the Pacific Ocean. It features 2,752 square feet of living space along with five bedrooms and three baths. Anderson purchased the home, built in 1959, in 2000 for $1.8 million.

Chelsea Clinton Buys $10.5 Million N.Y.C. Pad

Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky may be headed downtown, but they are moving on up – to a new $10.5 million condo across the street from New York City's Madison Square Park, the New York Post reports.
Clinton, 33, and Mezvinsky, 35, who married in July 2010, found the new love nest while on a walk in the neighborhood, where they already live. (The park is located in the low 20s, just east of Fifth Avenue and is not to be confused with Madison Square Garden.)
The posh pad boasts four bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms, a home office, media room and a family room that overlooks the park, according to the Post. The five-story building features an apartment on each floor with a keypad elevator.

The lovey-dovey duo scored a deal on their latest dwellings, shelling out $3 million for what was originally sold in 2006 as almost a $6 million home, according to real estate site Trulia.
The Spanish-style home, located in L.A.'s prestigious, celebrity-inhabited Hidden Hills community, boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and 8,642 sq. ft. of space, which includes a swing-set-filled backyard and gigantic outdoor pool.

It will soon be moving day for New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen, whose new $20 million Los Angeles home is finally finished after three years of construction.
That's apparently how long it takes to build a home of 22,000 square feet, a resort-style swimming pool in the back yard, a castle-like custom play area for the kids, a moat that runs across the front of the house and a bridge over it.
The abode, which sits on an $11 million lot in the Brentwood area of L.A., also includes eight bedrooms, a six-car garage, a wine cellar and a state-of-the-art gym, according to the U.K.'s Daily Mail.

J.K. Rowling's Home Sells for $3.6 Million

It may not be Hogwarts, but it carries a pedigree – and a palatial price tag.
The Edinburgh house where J.K. Rowling wrote four of her seven Harry Potter novels has been sold for well over $3.6 million.
The 19th-century Victorian mansion – which includes eight bedrooms, a walled garden and a detached office in the back where Rowling reportedly worked – went to an anonymous Scottish businessman, James Whitson, the real-estate agent who dealt with the property, confirms to PEOPLE.
Whitson told the Scotsman newspaper: "This was an iconic house in Edinburgh. … To be honest, it was a refreshing change to the normal house. There was a bit of magic involved, which was quite fun to deal with."
