Miley Cyrus has plenty to say about fellow newsmaker Justin Bieber's legal woes. The "Wrecking Ball" singer went on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Thursday to offer Bieber advice on how to have fun and stay out of jail.
"You pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble – and party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it," Cyrus suggested. Proof her plan works?
"I don't see a Miley mug shot yet," she added.

During a pause in taping, while props got rearranged and lighting and sound were checked, a bikini-topped Miley Cyrus amused the soundstage audience by sharing an epiphany.
"You can look at life one way or the other," the 21-year-old music star said, "half-naked or half-clothed."
Her young fans appreciably and knowingly laughed. The quiet, mostly off-camera moments Tuesday night at Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood seemed more unplugged than the show by the same name.

Miley Cyrus didn't take her twerking to the Grammys stage – luckily Beyoncé had that bootylicious move covered – but skipping the awards show didn't keep the young star from rocking out.

While promoting her new show, Amazing America, Sarah Palin recently confronted a hot-button issue: selfies.
At last week's Television Critics Association press tour, and in a subsequent Facebook post, Palin shared her thoughts on the divisive matter. "I think this world would be better off having more young women holding a fish in a picture than holding their camera in front of a bathroom mirror, talking a selfie," she observed.
Because celebrities posing with fish is certainly a trend we can get behind, we went ahead and Photoshopped aquatic life into existing selfies taken by Miley Cyrus, Snooki and other stars.

College pep band covers are a tradition unto themselves. While most bands are content with the classics, like "The Horse" or Chicago's "25 or 6 to 4", some pride themselves on more contemporary choices. The Virginia Commonwealth University Peppas band fits into the latter category.
They went with "Wrecking Ball."
