It's a very merry holiday week for Matthew McConaughey and his wife Camila.
The couple welcomed their third child together in Austin, Texas, on Friday, sources confirm to PEOPLE.
The pair, who are also parents to Vida, who turns 3 next month, and Levi, 4, announced the pregnancy just one month after their June nuptials in Texas.

Seen a photo of a rail-thin Matthew McConaughey recently? The actor, who has significantly slimmed down for a new movie role, says there's nothing to worry about.
"I feel fine. I really do," McConaughey, 43, tells The Daily Beast in a new interview, noting that his regime to lose nearly 40 lbs. from his 183-lb. frame was healthy, disciplined and well thought-out.
Nevertheless, that hasn't quelled chatter over the meaty matter of his dramatic weight loss for Dallas Buyers Club, in which he plays the real-life Ron Woodruff, who contracted HIV.

Photos from the New Orleans set of The Dallas Buyers Club feature Jared Leto working his best drag moves. With a fluffy brunette wig, fur jacket and pumps, (not to mention '80s-inspired eyeliner), the dude looks like a foxy lady, not unlike Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler with his square jawline.
Leto, 40, who fronts his own band, 30 Seconds to Mars, plays Rayon, a cross-dresser who is battling AIDS and who helps Matthew McConaughey's character smuggle drugs from Mexico. The independent film is based on a true story and also stars Jennifer Garner, reports EW.com.

Matthew McConaughey has dieted himself down to skin and bones for an upcoming movie, but when the five-week shoot is over, he's gunning for one thing: a po boy sandwich.
But if that can't be found, McConaughey, 43, says that he'll settle on a perfect cheeseburger, describing his decadent post-weight-loss meal down to the condiments.
"I will have some 70 percent beef, 30 percent fat ground beef, maybe a half pound cheeseburger with another three types of cheese," McConaughey, who is starring in the independent film, The Dallas Buyer's Club, tells Hitfix.com. "I'll prepare it all and I'll make sure that it takes three hours just to prepare."

While her husband Matthew is busy filming The Dallas Buyer's Club in New Orleans, Camila McConaughey is keeping very good company.
The mom-to-be spent time with McConaughey pal Sandra Bullock on Tuesday, taking their little ones – Louis and Vida, both 2½ – to watch the Warren Easton Charter High School's marching band and drill team perform.
"Camila seemed happy to attend the event with her kids. The kids all go along and seemed to have fun," a photographer tells PEOPLE. "It was a bit windy and all the kids wore their hoodies. They looked very cute. Sandra and Camila chatted and both looked happy."

Have you seen what Matthew McConaughey looks like lately? I was flabbergasted when I bumped into him at the airport a couple days ago. The once fit, healthy, vibrant, man's man has withered away to a frail-looking bag of skin and bones. He is preparing for a new film role in The Dallas Buyer's Club and has dropped over 30 lbs.!
While Matthew's transformation may startle you, it's not the first time we've seen actors go gaunt to prepare for a role.
Gotham's masked crusader himself, Christian Bale, lost 63 lbs., which was a third of his body weight, to play an insomniac in The Machinist.

The actor, 43, was snapped looking shockingly frail Friday as he caught a flight from Los Angeles to New Orleans, where The Dallas Buyer's Club is set to begin filming Sunday.
McConaughey has lost 30 lbs. – and gained a mustache – for the role. In the movie, he plays a mid-1980s AIDS patient who seeks out experimental HIV drugs to prolong his life.
