With her due date quickly approaching, the Fashion Star mentor, 32, kept it casual for a Sunday lunch date
at King's Fish House with fiancé Eric Johnson and their daughter Maxwell, who turned 1 earlier this month.
Wearing fitted workout gear, Simpson's burgeoning bump led the way while Johnson, 33, toted their tot.
Maxwell may be young, but she has an idea that a baby brother is on his way, the singer says.

When Lachey, 39, and the rest of 98 Degrees visited Cohen's talk show, the singer's ex-wife and her family were hot topics.
During "Plead the Fifth," a question-and-answer game Cohen plays with celebrity guests, who can stay silent rather than answer an uncomfortable question, the subject of Simpson's father, Joe, came up.

Joe and Tina Simpson's 34-year marriage is officially over.
A source confirms to PEOPLE that Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson's parents' divorce has been finalized. Tina, 53, filed for divorce in October and cited "discord or conflict of personalities" in court papers.
"It's an amicable split and there is no third party involved. Any other related allegations are completely false," a family rep told PEOPLE last fall amid rumors that Joe, 55, had come out to his family.

On Sunday afternoon at an L.A. hotel, Simpson's nearest and dearest (including her 11-month-old daughter Maxwell), gathered at a Tom Sawyer-themed affair, complete with vintage tables, tin pitchers, and a wooden boat alongside the nearby pond.

It was mommy and daughter day for Jessica Simpson and her baby girl, Maxwell, on Sunday.
The six-months' pregnant starlet and her adorable little one lunched in Calabasas, Calif., where Simpson, 32 – clad in a long, leopard print skirt and a black, cleavage-baring top – showed off her very visible baby bump.
With Maxwell in her arms, the Fashion Star mentor, who also wore dark shades, held her stomach.
Jessica's little sis, Ashlee, recently praised her older sibling, telling PEOPLE, "She's a great mom and a great pregnant lady."
