There are many upsides to being a lookalike for the Duchess of Cambridge: fame, travel, TV appearances and, of course, the opportunity to collect that wardrobe.
But for single mother Heidi Agan, 33, that all pales compared to the extra time it gives her with children Blake, 11, and Abigail, 4.
"When I was a waitress it felt as though I never saw my children," Agan tells PEOPLE. "Now I have a lot more freedom. I am able to pick and choose when I work – and I don't miss school plays."
"To me that is the best thing about doing this," she says. "It's priceless."

Is Kate officially in nesting mode?
If her recent trip to the Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour is any indication, the answer is yes.
The seven-months-pregnant Duchess of Cambridge, 31, was spotted shopping at the ultra-posh interior design center on Tuesday, where she checked out at least one fabric swatch, and took time to refuel at the public café, right alongside other shoppers.
"She just sat in the atrium like everyone else," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "She was very polite and really nice – just totally normal. I didn't know it was her at first. I just thought, 'You look a lot like Kate Middleton.' Then it kind of dawned on me."
"She had a cappuccino and a banana muffin," adds the source. "It's not every day you see the future Queen of England sitting down in a café eating a muffin!"

After his week-long trip, Prince Harry is saying goodbye to the United States – on horseback.
Harry, 28, visited Greenwich, Conn., on Wednesday to play in a polo match set to raise $1 million for his charity Sentebale, which helps young people in Lesotho. The young royal's team emerged victorious with a score of 4-3 over their opponents.
It's the final leg of his trip that's also made stops in Colorado, Virginia, New York, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.
"This is the last day of my tour around the United States. Thank you for a wonderful week," he told 400 guests at Greenwich Polo Club. "I have witnessed the extraordinary generosity of the people of this great nation."

What do you cook for a prince?
Manhattan-based chef April Bloomfield was faced with that task on Tuesday when Prince Harry, who is in the middle of a week-long visit to the United States, attended the Innovation Is Great event at MILK Studios in NYC's Meatpacking District. And she opted to make the royal heartthrob feel right at home.
"The event was to celebrate innovation in British technology, so I decided to do a British-style menu," said Bloomfield whose restaurants include The Spotted Pig, The Breslin Bar & Dining Room and The John Dory Oyster Bar. "For example, [I served] pea pudding, because peas are as English as the Queen."
A Brit herself, Bloomfield crafted a culturally creative menu of hors d'oeuvre to reflect her native country and her restaurants' signature dishes. Prince Harry, who attended the event (which supported The GREAT campaign, promoting U.K. tourism, education, business and the strength of U.S. and U.K. relations) with British Prime Minister David Cameron dined on beef and stilton pie; cheddar and piccalilli tea sandwiches; Scotch quail eggs; and sipped on The Spotted Pig's famous Pimm's cup.

It's been a big day on the Jersey Shore.
In the ocean, the rollercoaster left under water in Superstorm Sandy's wake was in the process of being removed, while on land, the most famous tourist to set foot in the shore town – Prince Harry – visited the rebuilt boardwalk.
The prince, who has been touring the U.S. since last week, charmed a group of children affected by the storm.
Harry (escorted by Gov. Chris Christie) was greeted by screams and cheers from the largely-female waiting crowd under the shade of Jimbo's Cafe, before strolling in the sunshine to meet locals and construction workers who've helped put the devastated resort back together since the storm hit last October.

Prince Harry landed in New Jersey Tuesday as part of his goodwill trip that's been taking him across the U.S. His visit to the Garden State is to see areas hit by Superstorm Sandy last fall.
In honor of that royal visit, PEOPLE asked a true Jersey princess, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, to offer some tips for the party-loving prince, and here's what the former Jersey Shore star – who'll be back for a third season of MTV's Snooki & JWOWW – and new mom has to tell Prince Harry:

Over the weekend, Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher and Princess Beatrice proved that Hollywood and royalty can be a perfect mix.
The former That '70s Show costars toured a string of bars with the young royal and her boyfriend, Dave Clark, in London on Saturday.
The foursome visited the Calloh Callay bar in the trendy Shoreditch neighborhood, where a source told PEOPLE, "They sat in our upstairs Mexican bar on barstools. They drank Jose Cuervo shots and cocktails."
The source adds, "[They] were lovely customers, friendly and not at all demanding."

While visiting Colorado on Saturday, Prince Harry fit in a little practice at being an uncle into his busy schedule.
In town to kick off the Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, where more than 200 wounded servicemen and women from the U.S. and Britain will participate in sporting events, the young royal, 28, cooed and played with 10-month-old Sebastian Wilkowski, who was cradled by his mom, Julia, at a pre-Games brunch.
Dressed in army fatigues, Harry was meeting old friends, donors and supporters of the Games when the little fan caught his eye.
