Remember that Two and a Half Men finale oh, say, three weeks ago?
Apparently Charlie Sheen has been lying in wait all this time, poised to strike – and now he's finally responded.
When asked on Monday about Men creator Chuck Lorre's parting shot (via the series finale's end title card), Sheen sent a fairly threatening message to his former boss via TMZ: "You must feel safe, motherf---er. You must feel safe where you live."

Charlie Sheen had his chance.
But the actor, who infamously starred in – and flamed out of – Two And a Half Men, decided to skip Thursday night's finale.
As he typically does, Executive Producer Chuck Lorre got the last word, explaining in his end-of-show vanity card how the negotiations played out:

Despite publicly saying he'd love to make a guest cameo on Two And a Half Men during its final season (not to mention promos teasing a return), Charlie Sheen didn't make it to Men's series finale on Thursday night. (However, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Christian Slater and John Stamos all made sweet cameos!)
The show kicked off by alluding to the fact that Charlie Harper (Sheen) never actually died four years ago – there was no death certificate! No one saw the body! Crazy Rose (Melanie Lynskey) was keeping someone alive in a pit in her basement!
And as it turned out, he didn't actually die. Rose admitted she'd been keeping him prisoner as punishment for cheating on her on their honeymoon in Paris with a French maid, a mime and a bisexual goat.
It's Official: Charlie Sheen Will Have a Presence on the Two and a Half Men Finale – But There's a Catch

Either it's a painful case of bait-and-switch, or CBS really wants us to think that Charlie Sheen will be back for the Two and a Half Men series finale.
What got our hopes up? The network released the title for the hour-long series finale that's set for Thursday, Feb. 19.
It's called "Of Course He's Dead – Part One and Part Two."

Talk about a major cliffhanger: There is no greater question lingering about the Two and a Half Men series finale than whether ex-star Charlie Sheen will appear in it.

Charlie Sheen is reprising the role that made him a household name!
No, not that one. (Not yet, anyway.)
PEOPLE can exclusively reveal that Sheen, 49, will be paying homage to his "Boy in the Police Station" character from the 1986 classic Ferris Bueller's Day Off in an upcoming episode of ABC's The Goldbergs.
Sheen is reprising the role nearly 30 years after the leather-jacketed bad boy was told by Bueller's sister, Jeanie (Jennifer Grey), to "blow [himself]".

Does Mila Kunis need to hire a bodyguard for Ashton Kucher?
The Two and a Half Men star may have spilled some major beans on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday.

After an astonishing 12 years on the air, CBS's Two and a Half Men is ending its run.
While its chances of survival were shaky following Charlie Sheen's explosive exit in 2011 in between Two and a Half Men's 8th and 9th seasons, Ashton Kutcher proved a worthy replacement. The show continued to garner an audience upwards of 10 million viewers per episode.
Even when the show lost its "half" at the end of its 10th season when Angus T. Jones decided to leave (but not before begging people to stop watching), Two and a Half Men still continued to perform spectacularly for CBS.
