They've wined, dined and PDA'ed from Central Park to Saint-Tropez. Now that Ashton Kutcher is finally divorced, there seems to be only one logical stop left for the actor and Mila Kunis on their globe-trotting romance: The altar.
"Ashton and Mila have talked about getting engaged and married for quite awhile," a business source close to Kutcher tells PEOPLE. "He wants to get engaged during the holidays."
The last barrier to a proposal finally crumbled this week when the court signed off on Kutcher's divorce from Demi Moore, two years after the pair announced their separation following six years of marriage.

It's officially over.
Nearly two years after announcing their separation around Thanksgiving 2011, the divorce between Demi Moore, 51, and Ashton Kutcher, 35, has been finalized.
"Judgment of dissolution is entered," reads a box marked on the L.A. Superior Court papers filed Tuesday. "The parties are restored to the status of single persons."
The end to the marriage, which began in 2005, took so long to finalize as the two were reportedly at odds over how to divide their estimated fortune of over $300 million.

Nobody nurses a broken heart better than mom.
While a source tells PEOPLE Rumer Willis and boyfriend Jayson Blair, 29, have split after more than a year together, the actress, 25, put on a brave face and hit the stage at Sayers Club in Hollywood Tuesday night for her weekly performance.
Looking "refreshed and vibrant" in the audience was mom Demi Moore, 50, who sipped on a can of Red Bull and clapped and whistled enthusiastically after each song her daughter performed, says an onlooker.
"Rumer seemed really happy that her mother had come out to support her," adds the source. "Right after she got off stage, the two had a really sweet mother-daughter moment."

It's been a long time coming.
After nearly two years, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are about to officially end their marriage.
A source confirms to PEOPLE that the divorce agreement has been drawn up and, as of recently, was merely awaiting the signatures of the couple, who were married for six years until they announced their split on Nov. 17, 2011. Kutcher filed for divorce Dec. 21, 2012.
The New York Post reports that the couple could file the final legal documents as early as next week.

Like father, like son? Not so fast!
Rumors are flying Demi Moore is dating Hard Rock mogul Peter Morton after being linked to his son Harry Morton earlier this year, but sources tell PEOPLE they remain skeptical of the speculation.
Though Peter, 66, and Moore, 50, "have spent time together" recently, the actress is telling friends she's "not dating Peter" and insists the chatter is all "nonsense," a Moore insider tells PEOPLE.

Yes, that really was Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore walking together through California's Bob Hope Airport in Burbank on Monday – while Kutcher's flame Mila Kunis was in Canada.
Exiting the same flight, Kutcher, 35, and Moore, 50, were dressed casually in sweater cardigans, with Moore sporting leggings layered underneath a dress, and Kutcher in jeans and a baseball cap.
The pair had been attending a tech conference, E! reports, related to their organization Thorn, which works to defend children against online predators.

It's been three months since Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce from Demi Moore – and nearly a year and a half since their split – but on March 7, the actress, 50, came out swinging.
Responding to Kutcher's petition, she sought spousal support and legal fees. "In the last years [of the marriage], Demi felt like she had been wronged," says a family source. "She's the one who was forced to end it. She's making a point."
For his part, Kutcher, 35 – who has been dating his That '70s Show costar Mila Kunis, 29, since his six-year union ended in 2011 – has run out of patience, according to afriend of his.
"He tried to make their marriage work, it didn't, and he waited over a year to file," the friend says. "Now he's just annoyed."

Demi Moore wants Ashton Kutcher to show her the money.
More than a year after they split and nearly three months after Kutcher filed for divorce, the actress finally responded Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking to have her ex pay both spousal support and attorney fees.
Moore, 50, citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" for the split, is now headed for a possible courtroom battle with Kutcher, 35, over the financial terms to end their six-year marriage.

After months of trying to negotiate a confidential and amicable settlement with Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is expected to file a divorce response, putting their case on course for a possible trial, reports the New York Post's Page Six.
The couple, who married in September 2005 in a Kabbalah ceremony at their Beverly Hills home, split in 2011.
Kutcher, 35, filed for divorce in December 2012, but negotiations on a settlement stalled, reportedly over finances, according to the Post – quoting a source who said Kutcher (who last year reportedly earned $24 million year from the CBS hit Two and a Half Men) was "very difficult during the talks. You could even say he has been hostile."
