Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber's relationship appears to be back on – again!
The Spring Breakers star traveled to Oslo, Norway to be with the pop star, who performed a concert there Thursday. And the two have left no doubt that their romantic flame has reignited.
"They were holding hands, hugging and they kissed on the lips," a source tells PEOPLE. "They looked really in love, like no fights ever happened before. It definitely looked like they were back together."
While Bieber, 19, and Gomez, 20, split back in November, they have kept in touch.

Jaden Smith, the young rapper son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, certainly seems enamored with Kylie Jenner, the half-sister of Kim Kardashian – saying in a new interview that they're the best of friends, even as others believe they may be something more.
"I was in L.A., we were all hanging out," Smith, 14, tells Britain's Wonderland Magazine. "Then I went to New York and she came too, and then she came here [to London] and surprised me, so that's pretty baller."
He adds: "She's one of my best friends. It's pretty awesome."

And if Anne Frank had not died at the age of 15 living inside a concentration camp in Nazi-occupied Germany, the pop star says he hopes she would have joined the ranks of those very fans.
In a controversial note he left in the guestbook at Amsterdam's Anne Frank House, he wrote (according to the museum's Facebook page), "Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber."

Less than a week after German customs officials seized a capuchin from Justin Bieber, the critter seems to be taking the separation just fine. (Sound familiar?)
In fact, the monkey, named Mally, is in good company in Munich, where he's keeping close with his favorite stuffed toy at an animal shelter. But kissy encounters aside, we're thinking the monkey, Bieber's 19th birthday present, misses his human.

German customs officials seized a capuchin monkey from Justin Bieber last Thursday after the singer apparently attempted to bring it into the country without official permission.
"Justin Bieber brought his monkey to Germany, but had no official paperwork with him," Thomas Meister, spokesman for the customs office at the Franz Josef Strauss Airport in Munich, tells PEOPLE. "We were forced to confiscate the animal."
When customs in Munich found the monkey had been brought into the country on Bieber's private plane, they detained the star and quarantined the monkey in their facilities at the airport.

Justin Bieber's having a lot of fun in the City of Light.
The singer – who arrived in Paris on Sunday – stepped out with friends Cody Simpson, Teddy Jay and Emma Boukari to take in the sights including the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de l'Triomphe and the Moulin Rouge on Monday.
The 19-year-old arrived at the home of the French Can Can, wearing his glasses and a baseball hat, after the evening's first performance had begun. After running a gauntlet of umbrellas in the rain he joined family and tourmates at Paris's longest-running cabaret show.
The private party had been set up over the weekend according to spokesperson Fanny Rabasse. "It was arranged three days ago for his tour members including some of his dancers," the cabaret's PR Manager tells PEOPLE. "It was a group booking of 23. We have 900 places so it really wasn't any problem for us."
