It's quite the power trio at the head of this year's nominations for the CMT Music Awards.

Hayden Panettiere is the host with the most.
The Nashville actress – who is co-hosting CMT's Artists of the Year – had a blast taping the awards show in Franklin, Tenn., on Monday night.
When Panettiere crossed paths with a red Solo cup-wielding Toby Keith on the red carpet, she had to find out what the country singer was drinking!

Like any proud husband, hockey player Mike Fisher was by wife Carrie Underwood's side at Wednesday night's CMT Music Awards.
But the five-time nominee's clearly not the only country crooner to whom Fisher was showing some support.
As Underwood, 29, accepted her first win of the night with Brad Paisley for their sultry single "Remind Me" (in the collaborative video of the year category), her duet partner seemed to have a new No. 1 fan.

The third time was the charm for Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert.
The Nashville-based Lady Antebellum – Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood – accepted honors for group video of the year at Wednesday's CMT Music Awards – an award they took home in 2010 and 2011.
"Thank you, CMT, for really connecting the dot with these videos," Haywood told the audience gathered at the Bridgestone Arena after the win for their song "We Owned the Night." "Thank you for playing these things."

Who says you have to be a country singer to emcee the CMT awards?
Kristen Bell will be joining nominee Toby Keith for hosting duties at the 11th annual awards on June 6, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.
"It's an honor to get that call," says seven-time CMT winner Keith, 50, about being asked back to host to show. He and Pamela Anderson co-hosted in 2003.
Bell, who will be escorted to Nashville by fiancé Dax Shepherd (sans sloth), is already eager to make her first trip to Music City.
"Country music makes me happy," the actress, 31, tells PEOPLE. And she's most excited about meeting her co-host – and the possibility of coming face to face with her country crush, Miranda Lambert.

Don't expect too much trouble or many bleep-worthy moments at this year's CMT Music Awards. Host Kid Rock says he's going to keep the Wednesday show family-friendly.
"I've always been pretty well behaved, really, when I'm on duty," the rocker, who promised fans the show would be awesome, tells PEOPLE. He acknowledges he has earned a certain reputation for rowdiness, but says authorities and award show producers shouldn't be on high alert.
"I joked that the censors are going to be like Family Feud – hands are going to be on the buzzers all night," says the 39-year-old singer. "There have been moments [before], but those have usually involved too much alcohol."

Someone alert the authorities: Kid Rock's been given the keys to the CMT Music Awards.
"The rumors are true – I’m hosting the CMT Awards live from Nashville on June 9th," the singer announced on his Web site Thursday. "All I can promise is I will be awesome."
The Detroit-based rocker may seem to be an unusual choice for the fan-voted country music award show, but Kid Rock has made Nashville a second home. He's close pals with several country artists including Hank Williams Jr. and his daughter Holly Williams, and in 2005, he married Pamela Anderson at a Nashville honky tonk; it was one of a trio of celebrations before their short-lived marriage ended.
