Jazz Jennings After Transitioning at Age 5: 'Be Your Authentic Self'

As soon as Jazz Jennings was able to talk, she was telling her parents something just didn't feel right. Jennings – who was designated male at birth – says she always knew she was meant to be a female. At the age of 5, she became one of the youngest people diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

Since going public with her transition in 2007, Jennings, now 14, has become a major spokesperson in the transgender community.

In an exclusive preview of TLC's new five-part reality series My Giant Life, Lindsay, who stands 6'9", explains the social and physical discomfort of flying in an airplane for someone whose wingspan gives the airplane wings a run for their money.

"The airplane is very frustrating for me," Lindsay says. "I shouldn't have to feel self-conscious about walking onto an airplane, but I do because I know ... that everybody on that plane is like, 'I hope I don't have to sit next to her.' "

Toby and Brenda Willis are writing their own rules when it comes to raising their 12 children.

While the reality stars say their conservative Christian beliefs – they don't believe in premarital sex and don't drink alcohol – play a big role in the Willis household, they do like to keep an open mind when it comes to their parenting style.

"It wasn't like, 'Don't do this! Don't do this!' It was more like, "Try this! Try this!' We were always being encouraged to do more things," says oldest daughter Jessica, 23. "But our parents were right there to kind of catch us if it was a bridge too far."

Nick Vujicic has inspired millions with his story, and now he's ready to make his TV debut on TLC.

Vujicic, 32, was born without arms and legs as a result of a rare congenital condition called Tetra-amelia syndrome. In the new special which follows the daily lives of Vujicic, his wife and son, cameras document how the 32-year-old father overcomes the challenges of being limbless.

"All my life I've been faced with different obstacles, and I've had to be creative to overcome them," Vujicic says in the exclusive clip.

"After 27 years of marriage, it is with great sadness that we have come to the difficult decision to file for divorce," the couple said in a statement to PEOPLE.

The last few years have not been easy for Dr. Jennifer Arnold and her husband Bill Klein, stars of TLC's hit reality show The Little Couple.

After getting the good news that they were able to adopt their daughter Zoey, 3, from an orphanage in India, they soon received the very bad news that Arnold was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer.

The couple are now opening up to PEOPLE about the difficulties they faced dealing with cancer and introducing Zoey into their lives – a transition that did not go as smoothly as they'd hoped.

In a sneak peek at Tuesday's episode, Bill Klein and Jennifer Arnold take their children Will, 5, and Zoey, 3, to the Houston Zoo to check out the lights.

Bill reveals he's "pretty useless these days" since recovering from his back surgery, so family friend Susan joins along to help "wrangle the kids."

"It's nice not to be outnumbered with two kids running around in a very crowded place at night, at a zoo," Jennifer adds.
