Wanya Morris is feeling great about his Dancing with the Stars experience – and not just because he's getting rave reviews.
The Boyz II Men member says he has lost 22 lbs. since beginning his DWTS journey a little more than a month ago. But his weight loss is not about a number on a scale for him.
"I feel great. I have a lot of energy," he told PEOPLE after Monday's show. "I'm able to continue and persevere in rehearsal. Even when I'm tired, I still feel the energy to continue, and I think I can attribute that to losing weight."
