Neil Patrick Harris has embarked on the ultimate adventure – except he's got no idea where he's going.

The How I Met Your Mother actor is currently on a cross country scavenger hunt put together by his partner David Burtka for his birthday … three months early.

The celebration began on Saturday with a surprise party for Harris – who will turn 40 on June 15.

Cirque Du Soleil Announces New Michael Jackson-Themed Show in Las Vegas

The King of Pop will live in Vegas!

The long-rumored Cirque Du Soleil show based on the music of Michael Jackson was formally announced Thursday afternoon.

Premiering June 29 at Las Vegas's Mandalay Bay, the show, Michael Jackson ONE, will run 90 minutes and will feature more than 60 dancers and aerialists performing to Jackson's best known music.

Executives say the show will be different from the current Cirque Du Soleil show Immortal, which features Jackson's music.

The Amazing Spider-Man meets Cirque du Soleil!

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield spent Tuesday evening at IRIS, A Journey Through the World of Cinema by Cirque du Soleil at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

Joined by Andrew Armstrong, the stunt coordinator for The Amazing Spider-Man, the couple walked into the theater with Garfield's arm draped around Stone.

"It was their first visit and as they entered, Emma said 'Ooohhh!' once she saw the stage," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.

Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson and boyfriend Justin Mikita took in a performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

Accompanied by a small group of friends, the couple attended LOVE as part of a birthday celebration for Mikita.

"They kept it low-key by ordering a few Fiji waters to sip on during the show," a source tells PEOPLE.

Afterwards, Ferguson, Mikita and their friends went backstage to meet the cast and crew.

It's all part of Mikita's "birthday week" celebration, as Ferguson Tweeted, sharing a photo of his beau with a festive birthday treat.

The youngest daughters of the Kardashian clan – Kendall and Kylie Jenner – attended the 9:30 p.m. performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage in Las Vegas Monday night, sipping on water throughout the show.

The sisters also made time for a pre-show dinner at Stack.

Both casually clad in jeans and flowing tops, the two shared calamari, rock shrimp and penne pasta before indulging in a dessert sampler, which featured jelly doughnut "munchkin" holes.

Taking a break from her NBC show The Voice, Christina Aguilera had a fun outing planned with 4-year-old son Max. The mother-son duo headed to L.A.'s Kodak Theatre, where they caught Cirque du Soleil's film-themed show Iris together.

During intermission, the pop star and her son popped backstage to greet some of the performers. – and a source tells us they loved the show.

And it's not the first Cirque du Soleil experience for Max, either. In January, Aguilera took him to their Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour show in L.A. along with her beau Matt Rutler. – Elizabeth Leonard

Berry, who is recovering from a broken foot, was wearing her boot-style cast and was very low-key, a source says, as she took in the performance. The same night, the two stopped by Katsuya Hollywood for a private dinner in the Dragon Room. The couple, who didn't have a reservation and just walked into the restaurant, had a "relaxing night together," an onlooker tells us.
