Just months after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Creed frontman Scott Stapp and his wife, Jaclyn, are headed to Couples Therapy.
Scott and Jaclyn are one of five couples who have signed on to spend three weeks in therapy together with Dr. Jenn Mann on season 6 of her VH1 reality show.
"I was a wreck. I was completely devastated. My heart was broken," Jaclyn told PEOPLE in early May of dealing with her husband's 2014 breakdown. "[But] I wanted him to know that we still loved him and wanted him to get better."

T.I. is best known as a chart-topping hip-hop icon, but maybe he should add guardian angel to his resume.
In an interview with VH1'S Big Morning Show, Creed front man Scott Stapp reveals the amazing story of how the rapper saved him during one of the darkest periods of his life.
A few years ago, Stapp checked into Miami's Delano Hotel for what he describes as a "binge." But after three days of partying "in a prison of alcohol and drug addiction," the rocker started to hear voices of what he presumed to be law enforcement and tried to escape. Instead, he ended up falling 40 feet from his balcony.

After a six-year hiatus, multi-platinum selling Orlando-based rock band Creed have returned with a new record tentatively titled Full Circle.
"We never felt like we weren't together," says frontman Scott Stapp. "We're not looking at this as a reunion. It's more of a rebirth."
Though they stayed in touch through holiday cards and the occasional phone call, the group refrained from recording together in order to, "explore other creative outlets and build the main priority in all of our lives, which is our family," says Stapp.
