Reese Witherspoon Shows Off Her Baby Bump at Cannes

She endured a 14-hour flight from Los Angeles, but you'd never know it when a pregnant Reese Witherspoon showed up at the Cannes Film Festival on Saturday in a form-fitting black jersey dress that showed off her bump.
Witherspoon, who also wore dangling diamond earrings and sky-high fuchsia stilettos, flew to Cannes with her husband Jim Toth to promote her new movie, Mud, which premieres Saturday at the festival.
The actress's presence at Cannes while pregnant was all the more surprising given what a small role she has in Mud.
The new film, written and directed by 33-year-old indie darling Jeff Nichols, stars Matthew McConaughey as a fugitive hiding on an island in the Mississippi River. Two teenage boys discover him and try to reunite him with his true love, played by Witherspoon, as bounty hunters close in on him.

Natalie Portman was happy to lend a helping hand – or two – to her son Aleph during a recent playground visit in Los Angeles.
First-time mom Portman, 30, steadied her barefoot son at the top of a slide and held his hand as they walked through the sand earlier this week.

Charlize Theron: My Dogs Help with My Baby

It was love at first sight, says Charlize Theron, for her four-legged best friends and her infant son Jackson, whom she adopted in March.
"It was the most beautiful thing I've ever witnessed," the Oscar winner, 36, tells Ellen DeGeneres on Thursday's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "From the moment this baby came into our home, those two dogs have never been more in love."
Theron happily considers her brood to be her family – no matter what others may think. She calls her dogs "her boys." They are, she says, "Berkley, a terrier mutt, and he's actually the pacifier thief ... He'll just lay there with the [baby's] pacifier in his mouth," and a pit bull named Blue, who help keeps the actress running on schedule.
"People keep saying, 'Oh you're a single mom,' and I'm like, 'Actually, I'm not. I got two boys helping me out.' It's incredible."

Snooki's going have a little Guido!
The Jersey Shore star and fiancé Jionni LaValle are expecting a boy, she confirmed on her Facebook page. "Can finally share the good news......we're havin' a BOY," the post read.
Recently, the pregnant reality star, 24, has taken to Twitter to show off her growing baby bump. She's also spoken out about how pregnancy has impacted her style – don't worry, she's continuing to wear staggering shoes – as well as her, um, boobs.
"I got swagger with my pregnant self," she Tweeted in March, along with a photo of her cleavage.

It's going to be a party of four for Scott Wolf.
The former Party of Five star, 43, announced on Twitter that he and his wife, Real World: New Orleans alum Kelley, 35, are expecting another baby.
"Just between the 10,149 of you and me, my wife and I are expecting our second child," Wolf Tweeted on Saturday. "We are expecting that because she's pregnant. Happy us."
Married since 2004, the couple have a 3-year-old son named Jackson Kayse and reside in Utah.

Pregnant Reese Witherspoon Takes a Private Tennis Lesson in L.A.

Back in Los Angeles after a one-week trip to Nashville to support her mother during her marital dispute, Reese Witherspoon is focusing on her children and on staying healthy.
After picking up Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8, from school, Witherspoon took a tennis lesson at the private Brentwood Country Club along with three close girlfriends.
"Reese was in a good mood," says an onlooker. "She was laughing with her girlfriends. They were all on the same side of the court and had tennis balls served at them by a trainer. It just seemed like a casual and relaxing practice game."
And the onlooker adds of the pregnant actress: "Reese's baby bump is getting bigger, and she looked very cute."
With regard to Witherspoon's fitness, the source says that she does still work out with a trainer at her house and they do strength training together. She has also been spotted hiking several times a week, and going for slow jogs around the Brentwood Country Club.

Life already seemed pretty peachy for Tony Romo and his wife Candice Crawford since they wed a year ago, but adding son Hawkins to the mix last month has made it even sweeter.
"If it's possible to bring you and your wife closer together, something like this really does," Romo, 32, told PEOPLE during a recent photo shoot for Starter athletic wear.
"It strengthens your family values and your family and the love you have, which is already really strong. It's been a great blessing from God to put us in this situation. We feel very honored."

"Motherhood was something I always knew I wanted to experience," the star, who adopted son Jackson in March when he was 4 months old, tells InStyle in the June issue on newsstands May 18. "What a great opportunity."
The Oscar-winning actress, who stars in Snow White and the Huntsman and Prometheus this June, says she looks to her own mother Gerda as a parental role model.
