The Voice coach – whose singer Danielle Bradbery was crowned the winner Tuesday night – has a lot to celebrate as he turns 37 June 18.
"We are going to go to the wrap party [for The Voice] and we are going to blow it out," Shelton told PEOPLE after the big finale, which included performances by Cher and Christina Aguilera. "That means drinking our face off. No sugar coating that."

Linda Cardellini says she's living out a sweet and an old-fashioned story: She's marrying her childhood sweetheart.
Speaking to PEOPLE at a Clinique event in New York Tuesday, the Mad Men star, 37, said she first met fiancé Steven Rodriguez when she was just 10 years old and in grade school.
"He was 11. He was the new kid at my school," she said. "He could do amazing bike tricks and I was impressed. Not afraid to say it."

Johnny Depp Opens Up About 'Bumpy' Breakup with Vanessa Paradis

Johnny Depp is finally opening up about his split from his partner of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis, calling the last few years of their relationship "a bit bumpy."
"At times, [it was] certainly unpleasant, but that's the nature of breakups, I guess, especially when there are kiddies involved,” Depp, 50, tells Rolling Stone in its July 4 issue.
But the actor, who has two kids with Paradis – Lily-Rose, 14, and Jack, 11 – says he hasn't stopped caring about Paradis.
"It doesn't stop the fact that you care for that person, and they're the mother of your kids," he says of their split. "You'll always know each other, and you're always gonna be in each other's lives because of those kids. You might as well make the best of it."

Katy Perry says Russell Brand was "a magical man" when they met four years ago, but the spell wore off shortly after their Indian wedding in October 2010. And it bottomed out when the actor sent her a text 14 months later informing her he planned to file for divorce.
"He's a very smart man, and I was in love with him when I married him," Perry tells Vogue in a revealing cover interview for its July issue. "Let's just say I haven't heard from him since he texted me saying he was divorcing me December 31, 2011."
Perry, 28, says that Brand, 38, seemed to have difficulty accepting her role as a successful musician and businesswoman – even if that's what he thought he wanted.

Jessica Chastain isn't big on kissing and telling – at least not now.
"Sometimes when someone [in the press] asks me about my dating status, I get really quiet about that because I want to protect it," the actress, who's been linked to Italian fashion executive Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo, tells E! Online.
Says Chastain, 36: "When I'm engaged someday – who knows to who – I'll probably be more open about it."
The actress, who earned back-to-back Oscar nominations for her roles in The Help and Zero Dark Thirty, explains that she wants to make sure a relationship will go the distance before going public with it.

Olympic diving champion Greg Louganis is about to take the plunge – the marrying kind, that is. He and his partner, paralegal Johnny Chaillot, will walk down the aisle this fall, the diver tells PEOPLE exclusively.
"I finally met my soul mate – the more I fall in love with Johnny, the more I fall in love with myself. This is what the universe had in store for both of us," Louganis, 53, says.
Louganis is widely considered the greatest diver in history. He is the only male to sweep both the 3m and 10m diving events in consecutive Olympic Games ('84 and '88). During his career he earned a total of five Olympic medals, five World Championship titles and 47 national titles.

On Sunday, The Mirror's Sunday People published disturbing photographs of what appeared to be a violent argument between celebrity chef Nigella Lawson and her husband Charles Saatchi.
In the photographs, Saatchi is seen clutching Lawson, 53, by the throat while the couple sit outside at a restaurant in London's Mayfair district on June 9. Lawson looks visibly upset as the two argue.
On Monday, Charles Saatchi, the co-founder of the global advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, released a statement to the Evening Standard, defending his actions.

Ninety-one years after meeting, they're still in love.
Ron and Eileen Everest never knew a world without each other. They were born in the same hospital – he in 1921, she in 1922 – and were friends practically from birth.
As 4-year-olds, they posed as bride and groom in a pretend wedding at a carnival. Later, barely out of their teens, they married for real.
And this year, 87 years after that old photo was taken – the one they fondly refer to as their first wedding rehearsal – the British couple are celebrating their platinum anniversary after 70 years of marriage.

But after the interview, Cyrus – whose father, Billy Ray Cyrus, and mother, Tish Cyrus, announced their split to PEOPLE late Thursday – opened up about more personal matters, including concern for her little sister, Noah.

On Thursday, celebrity chef Curtis Stone, 37, Tweeted a sweet photo from his Mediterranean island wedding to actress Lindsay Price, 36. The couple tied the knot in Majorca at the Hilton Sa Torre Mallorca Resort in Spain last Saturday after announcing their engagement in July 2012.
"Thrilled to bits!" the Australia native wrote to accompany the photo on Twitter. "To everyone out there, thank YOU for all your love and support! It was so special to share our big day with family and a small group of friends in Mallorca."
