Yep, that's him. And her.
Nearly hidden behind a bushy beard and a green baseball cap, Justin Timberlake was spotted in Westwood, Calif., on Friday out and about with fiancée Jessica Biel.
It's a rare sighting of the pair since a source revealed last month that Timberlake, 31, and Biel, 29, got engaged during a vacation to Montana.
But there's still no photographic evidence of the "custom-designed ring."

Anne Hathaway has a reason to party.
The Dark Knight Rises actress, 29, celebrated her November engagement to fiancé Adam Shulman on Saturday night, a source tells PEOPLE.
"Anne had a smile on her face all night long," the source says of the soirée. "With every friend and family member that approached her, that smile just got brighter."
No celebrities attended the 125-person fete, which was thrown by the couple's parents at Housing Works Bookstore Café in SoHo.

Jessica Biel has some new bling, but don't get too excited: It's not from Justin!
The actress, who has yet to be spotted wearing an engagement sparkler, was sporting a ring on the set of her new movie Emmanuel and the Truth About Fishes, filming in L.A. Friday, but it's just for the role.
The thriller, which also stars Alfred Molina, is reportedly about a woman who develops an obsession with her new neighbor who resembles the woman's dead mother.
Off-camera, Biel has been noticeably spotted without any engagement ring. At the Golden Globes, she wore a ton of Tiffany & Co. jewelry – including a diamond ring in platinum – but her left ring finger was bare. The actress made other public appearances, including a party at the Chateau Marmont, sans ring that weekend as well.

It certainly looked like a picture-perfect proposal.
Baywatch alum David Hasselhoff, 59, seemingly broke news of his latest attempt to pop the question to Welsh model Hayley Roberts on his Twitter account Wednesday through a series of mysterious messages and photographs.
"Tried it again on top of the Sydney harbour bridge!" he Tweeted alongside a photo of the couple in Australia. In the picture, Hasselhoff is down on one knee, holding Roberts's hand.

"I want to have a Vegas wedding," Miley Cyrus's older brother, who popped the question to The Social Network actress Brenda Song in October, tells PEOPLE. "But [Brenda] doesn't want to do that, of course."
"Every girl wants a big, beautiful wedding," says Cyrus, 22. "And at the end of the day, I'll do whatever she wants."

"What, she's engaged?" 30 Rock's Judah Friedlander said when PEOPLE broke the news to him on the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards Sunday in L.A. "This is the first I'm finding out. They've been going out for a long time, and he's a great guy."
But Friedlander's surprise over Bowden's impending nuptials comes from more than the initial not knowing.

Katrina Bowden turned heads on the red carpet at the Screen Actors
Guild Awards with a very special accessory – an engagement ring.
Her fiancé, Ben Jorgensen, popped the question Saturday night at a suite in the Four Seasons Hotel.
"I was so shocked," the 30 Rock star, 23, told E! host Giuliana Rancic Sunday night outside L.A.'s Shrine Exposition Center. "And I said, 'Oh my God,' and I hugged him."
His response? "He said, 'Is that a yes?' "

They haven't walked down the aisle yet, but Drew Barrymore and her fiancé, Will Kopelman, looked like they were already on an extended honeymoon at the afterparty for her new movie Big Miracle Wednesday night in Washington, D.C.
"They were very affectionate the whole night, holding hands and turning into each other to have their own intimate conversations," says an eyewitness. "He never left her side. They were a team from the beginning to the end."
While Barrymore mingled with partygoers – many of whom were family members of fallen soldiers – Drew would always "introduce and encourage her fiancé to be part of the action," says one onlooker. (Her other mission? Kindly asking the children at the party not to reveal the film's ending.)

It's over for Drew Carey and his longtime fiancée.
The Price Is Right host and Nicole Jaracz have ended their nearly five-year relationship. "He and Nicole still have a great deal of love and affection for one another," Carey's rep tells PEOPLE in a statement. "He will still be very involved with their son's life."
Carey, 53, and Jaracz announced their engagement in Oct. 2007. At the time, Jaracz had recently graduated from culinary school.
Drew Barrymore 'Daydreaming' About Wedding Plans

It's been just a matter of weeks since Drew Barrymore said "I do" to Will Kopelman's proposal. And that's just about all she's committed to for now.
A beaming Barrymore – who stopped by Good Morning America Wednesday – told Robin Roberts that she's "just trying to figure it out" when it comes to the daunting task of wedding planning.
"I think everyone expects you to kinda know right away what all the plans are," said Barrymore, 36. "And I'm like, oh goodness, it happened a month ago. Do I not have it together, or is it okay to keep daydreaming?"
