Anna Paquin Shows Off Her Baby Bump at True Blood Premiere

Anna Paquin's own big premiere is still several months away, but the actress showed off her growing baby bump Wednesday at a Hollywood screening of the new season of True Blood.
"I feel fantastic," she told reporters. Paquin, 29, who's expecting her first child with husband and costar Stephen Moyer, sported a stylish black dress, with her bump noticeably larger than last month, when she stepped out at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
"It's always amazing," Moyer told PEOPLE at the screening of being a dad again (he's got two children – Lilac, 10, and Billy, 12 – from a previous relationship). "I love my kids so much. And the fact that Anna is pregnant just adds more crazy to the bundle of fun."

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is not letting pregnancy get in the way of her style.
The expectant Jersey Shore star shared a new photo of herself wearing a body-hugging black dress that shows off her figure – and her growing baby bump.
"Love this photo," Snooki said in a Twitter post to accompany the picture. "Shows off my bump perfectly."
The mom-to-be, who has said she wants to continue to wear fabulous shoes while she's expecting, also dons some gold heels and a pink headband to compete her look.
Also on display in the photo: Snooki's pregnancy cleavage, which she showed off in another Twitpic in March.

Molly Sims Celebrated at Baby Shower

Mom-to-be Molly Sims was celebrated Saturday with an afternoon baby shower at a private residence in the Hollywood Hills.
With the house festively decorated with blue balloons and flowers, about 50 guests, including actress Ali Larter, enjoyed the gathering's games, gourmet food and Bertaud Belieu Rosé champagne.
Actress-model Sims and her husband, Scott Stuber, are expecting a baby boy in June.

Pregnancy isn't stopping Tori Spelling from looking her best, and the reality star, expecting her fourth child this year, put on an orange bikini for some pool time Wednesday with daughter Stella and their two family dogs, Mitzi and Minnie.
Stella, 3½, looked darling in a bikini of her own, while the two pups went swimwear-optional and decided to go au naturel.

Kim Zolciak has another baby on the way – and it's another boy!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and her husband Kroy Biermann "are soooo excited we are having another BOY!" according to a post on her Twitter account.
The couple, who tied the knot on Nov. 11, 2011 and currently appear together on Bravo's Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding, welcomed their first son, Kroy Jagger Jr., in May 2011.
"KJ will have a best friend for life!" Zolciak, who turns 34 on May 19, said in her Tweet.

This is turning into some May Day for Jessica Simpson.
At the center of the event everyone's been waiting for, the expectant mother was joined at the hospital by her family and that of her fiancé, Eric Johnson, according to new photographs of the families – including sister Ashlee Simpson.
The relatives aren't the only ones awaiting the arrival. Katy Perry expressed her eagerness in a Tweet, saying, "Has Jessica Simpson had that baby yet?! I'm getting anxious."

Giuliana Rancic is one step closer to having the baby that she and husband Bill Rancic have always dreamed about.
The E! News host and Fashion Police cohost, 37, whose road to motherhood has been made difficult by infertility struggles, one miscarriage and a diagnosis of breast cancer, announced in person Monday on the Today show that she is expecting.
"We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered," Giuliana tells E! News. Adds Bill, 40, "We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey."

Jessica Simpson is still expecting.
The mom-to-be, who celebrated her "dream" baby shower in March, is setting the record straight about the arrival of her first child.
"To everyone who keeps congratulating me on the birth of my baby girl," she Tweeted Saturday, "I'm still pregnant!! Don't believe what you read ladies and gents."
Simpson recently played bridesmaid at a pal's wedding, which she attended with fiancé Eric Johnson.

Sending her Twitter followers a photo of her "best accessory for today" – a studded pair of dangerously high heels – the Jersey Shore star explains why she can still wear all her "fabulous shoes."
"My feet aren't swelling yet so I'm still enjoying all my shoes =)" she writes.

Mom-to-Be Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi appears to be practicing for her baby's arrival by borrowing a page from Home Economics 101.
Snooki and her BFF Jenni "JWoww" Farley, who are co-starring in a Jersey Shore spinoff, were seen out and about in Jersey City, N.J., this week – each with a doll in tow. The roommates purchased strollers for their practice infants and later went to a children's clothing store to buy outfits.
Snooki was later photographed holding her doll, which was draped in a cheetah-print blanket, and pushing it around the city in the new stroller.
