Fans weren't the only ones who gushed over the Destiny's Child reunion during the Super Bowl. Even Kelly Rowland was overwhelmed.

"When I looked on the other side of the stage at Super Bowl and I saw Beyoncé and Michelle [Williams], my heart just went into my throat, I was so happy," she said. "It was just such a beautiful moment."

The Baltimore Ravens won Super Bowl XLVII – and they may have gotten an assist from Sandra Bullock's son Louis who was watching in the stands.

"The 3-year-old had the lucky No. 74 jersey on! He wore it all through playoffs,” Leigh Ann Tuohy, Bullock's real-life Blind Side inspiration, tells PEOPLE. (Tuohy was at the game with Bullock, her son and the rest of Baltimore Raven Michael Oher's adoptive family.)

"My comment was, 'It better make it to New Orleans!' And it did," she says.

PEOPLE's TV Critic Reviews the Super Bowl Ads

Originally posted 02/04/2013 09:40AM

The Super Bowl adstravaganza disappointed me this year. The spots, which sold for a reported $4 million per 30 seconds of airtime, were so lavish, so tricked up by CGI, so weighed down by stars, so tightly loaded to spring into a joke, they suffered from bloat.

With many of the commercials posted online and scrutinized even before the CBS broadcast, they were events unto themselves – visually and conceptually splashy, but often guilty of overreaching at the expense of the message.

This is true even of the ads I enjoyed:

Beyoncé at Halftime: Divalicious & Hooftastic, Says PEOPLE's Music Critic | Beyonce Knowles

Beyoncé's Halftime Performance Was Divalicious & Hooftastic

Originally posted 02/04/2013 08:40AM

As soon as she first opened her mouth to do an almost-a cappella bit of "Love on Top," one thing was clear: Beyoncé was singing live.

And that was the case for the rest of her dynamic, divalicious Super Bowl halftime show.

Indeed, by the time Beyoncé slowed it down for the last number, "Halo," you could hear her running out of breath a bit from all the energetic, intricate choreography.

To make it further evident that this was not a repeat of her lip-synching the national anthem at the inauguration two weeks ago, she also punctuated her performance with many exhortations of the crowd for obvious effect.
