Snickers' 2015 Super Bowl has gone back to the '70s with a character-actor twist on The Brady Bunch.
The latest riff on the candy bar's ongoing "You're Not You When You're Hungry" campaign enlists tough guy Danny Trejo in the role of Maureen McCormick's Marcia, whose face was famously pummeled by a football in a 1973 episode.
Trejo stars in the clip, showing off his trademark tattoos while he throws an ax-wielding tantrum while pretending to be the famous small-screen daughter.
Once Florence Henderson's mom Carol hands "Marcia" a Snickers and gets her oldest daughter back to her smiling self, Steve Buscemi shows up as Jan (originally played by Eve Plumb).

"Well, I can just watch the commercials." That's been the Super Bowl Sunday motto of many who care more about pop culture than they do football for decades.

After an outcry from the animal-loving community, GoDaddy has pulled a controversial Super Bowl ad featuring a puppy being sold online.

She may have played it straight last fall on London's West End, but Lindsay Lohan is having a laugh in a new Super Bowl ad tease for Esurance.
After partying in Paris on Monday, Lohan, 28, posted on social media Tuesday that it's nearly "Time to crash the big game."
Lohan, 28, has a familiar mischief in her eyes in the six-second auto insurance teaser. Given Lohan's very public issues with drinking and driving, are we cringing? #Sorta.
Are we curious? Definitely.
Super Bowl XLIX coverage kicks off Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

In a move that's no doubt aimed at critics who believe the NFL turns a blind eye to domestic abuse, a PSA is planned for Sunday's Super Bowl that will address the hot-button topic.
The spot will feature a woman talking to a 911 operator and pretending to order a pizza, when in fact she's hoping to tip off authorities that she's being attacked and needs help, reports the Wall Street Journal. The spot mirrors a similar, real-life incident that was reported on Reddit in October.
The league will give up some of its airtime during Sunday's telecast on NBC, which is charging roughly $4.5 million for each 30 seconds of ad time during the game.
"This is us trying to do the right thing," the NFL's chief marketing officer Dawn Hudson told the newspaper. "If my motivation was to help the brand, then I would have slapped the NFL logo on it."
