After the New England Patriots narrowly came out on top at Super Bowl XLIX, The Tonight Show serenaded the Pats and their rival Seattle Seahawks with a 1970s classic.
To keep the festive atmosphere going after Sunday's big game finished, Jimmy Fallon called on a number of his A-list friends to perform an a cappella rendition of Queen's "We Are the Champions."

Vying for the prize of taking pride in their lip-sync skills, Get Hard stars Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart joined Fallon for two rounds of fake-singing their hearts out.
While Ferrell, 47, leaned toward more mainstream hits including Beyoncé's "Drunk in Love" (points deducted for omitting the "surfbort" line) and a glitter-bombing take on "Let It Go" from Frozen's "Wicked-ly talented" star Adele Dazeem (a.k.a. Idina Menzel), he really shone as the object of an emotional serenade by Hart, 35, to John Legend's "All of Me." There were abs. There were slaps. There were tears (not all of them from laughter).

Was it just us, or was this a really sad year for Super Bowl commercials? Children died, "Cat's in the Cradle" was played, and it was a real bummer of a night, generally. How sad was it? "Stay with Me" on repeat and red wine sad. Liking your ex's old vacation pictures alone on a Friday night sad. Requiem for a Dream scored to Bright Eyes sad.

The candy-coated show was pure Perry with a high-wire act, dancing trees and, of course, fireworks. Plus, Missy Elliott and Lenny Kravitz showed up to help her out. Here's how what social media thought of the show.

Just as the Super Bowl started, it seemed as if the worst (or, for some, the best) had happened: The TV went out in a burst of static.
As nacho-laden coffee tables around the nation were nearly flipped in extreme panic and anxiety, Chevy asked: "What would you do if your TV went out?"
