As her newlywed husband Cody Johnson lay face down at the bottom of a cliff on the night of July 7, Jordan Graham fired off a flurry of text messages to her friends, discussing her dance moves and planting fake stories to explain Johnson's disappearance, federal prosecutors say in pretrial briefs.
Although there were no eyewitnesses to Johnson's tragic fall at Glacier National Park, prosecutors say those text messages, along with testimony from friends and fellow churchgoers about Graham's behavior before and after the tragedy, will help prove first-degree murder to the federal jury to be impaneled Monday morning in Missoula, Mont.
Graham, 22, "engaged in a nine-day campaign to hide her crime from friends, family and law enforcement," wrote the prosecutors, adding that Graham, "lied to Glacier National Park law enforcement and every other law enforcement agency she encountered in order to hide her crime."

It's more formal than their adorable save-the-date card. But Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici's official wedding invitation still captures the spirit and personality of the fun-loving couple.
The invite, shared exclusively with PEOPLE, has "the LOWEdown" on "marrying, eating, boogie-ing," and goes on: "Together with their families, Sean Thomas Lowe will marry his best friend, Catherine Ligaya Mejia Giudici, who completely adores him."
The invitation, designed by Smitten on Paper, includes an RSVP card for recipients to declare whether they "can't wait" or have "something more important to attend than celebrating the union of Sean & Catherine."

Sofia Vergara hasn't been shy in admitting her wedding day will be a big affair, and luckily fiancé Nick Loeb is on board with whatever his future bride wants – with just one little suggestion.
"We may use Pickle Crunch as a cake topper at our wedding," Loeb, 38, jokes to PEOPLE.
The entrepreneur, who has his own food line, is often seen toting jars of his latest Crunchy Condiment product to the Emmy awards and Golden Globes while supporting Vergara, 41, and it's now a "running joke" among friends, he says.

About three weeks ago, Kristen Eberhard had prepared her goodbyes.
The Woodstock, N.Y., resident, 48, packed her bags and headed west to Boulder, Colo., to spend time with her terminally ill cousin Lisa Dumaw, 47, during what was presumed to be her final days.
Dumaw, a retired attorney, was hospice-bound, following a five-year battle with ovarian cancer. At 90 lbs., she was no longer able to eat. Even though she was sick, Dumaw's time with Eberhard was meaningful and enjoyable.
"We talked about everything," Eberhard tells PEOPLE. "We laughed about the past, we cried, we talked about death, frustration, regrets. It was pretty intense. And at one point, I asked her if she and her partner had ever thought about getting married."
