When Luke Bryan announced that the next leg of his That's My Kind of Night tour would include four stadiums, we were impressed. And when PEOPLE Country's sexiest man then proceeded to set a ticket sales record for the first date in Pittsburgh and break an attendance record for the second date in Boston, we decided a road trip was in order for the third.
We picked up our rental car and headed to Philadelphia to find out – along with the 50,000 other attendees – what a show of this scope is like, from beginning to end. From tailgating to Tweeting with opener Cole Swindell to crashing Bryan's meet and greet party, check out the experience from PEOPLE's point of view.
(And no, he didn't fall off the stage this time – but he did perform the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme, to the delight of the Philly crowd.)

Philadelphia Inquirer co-owner Lewis Katz was killed along with six other people in a fiery plane crash in Massachusetts, just days after reaching a deal that many hoped would end months of infighting at the newspaper and restore it to its former glory.

[YOUTUBE "I5OMgQuK-kc"] Suburban Phoenixville, Pennsylvania may be a far cry from the glitz and glamor of Bel-Air, but that didn't stop these two parents-to-be from paying homage to their favorite '90s sitcom when they needed to announce their pregnancy to friends and family.
With the help of Merryweather Films, Dayton and Melanie Duncan (who met as freshman at Temple University) recorded their baby news as a shot-for-shot remake of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's title sequence. And we have to admit, the farms and fields of the Phoenixville area are the perfect stand in for the luxurious mansions of the original.

The weather is nice and mild in Philadelphia but things got pretty rowdy inside the weather room at local news station Fox 29's Good Day Philadelphia on Wednesday.
Mark Wahlberg and his Broken City director, Allen Hughes, took over the forecasting duties for weather anchor Sue Serio. (Watch his full report below.)
"This is perfect golf weather ... by the way," Wahlberg noted of a high of 54 degrees in the City of Brotherly Love.

Carolyn Santamauro lives on Elfreth's Alley in Philadelphia, Pa., known as the nation's oldest residential street.
She's used to seeing tourists outside her front door, but this week the pastry chef got a pleasant surprise when she met one very famous sightseer: Miley Cyrus.
"I was coming back from the gift shop and I saw a chick who had the same hair as Miley's new hair," says Santamauro, 30. "She comes around the corner and it was her! Her haircut looked absolutely fabulous."
The singer has been in town to support her fiancé Liam Hemsworth while he films his new movie, Paranoia, but on Tuesday she was just a visitor checking out the sights with two friends.

Season 2 MasterChef winner Jennifer Behm is a food lover, owner of Pink Martini Catering, a soon-to-be wife, an adventurer – and this summer a food blogger for PEOPLE.com.
This week has been filled with lots of fun stuff. A trip to the Baltimore Aquarium, an excursion to Philly to enjoy South Street, and a trip to one of my favorite places: Amish Country.
As an avid snorkeler and surfer with an immense love of sea turtles, I find the Baltimore Aquarium such an amazing place. They have a gorgeous green turtle named Calypso, who was rescued from the wild due to an infection in her left fin. Her diet: seven heads of lettuce a day. Boy, I would have a great figure if that was all I ate. I like my lettuce with a little more accoutrements (LOL), like garbanzo beans, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and pickled vegetables.

We asked for your submissions – and you've been sending them in!
Our Twitter followers @CloBrown0291 and @philrussoo had a friendly little run-in with Miley Cyrus recently in Philadelphia.
The newly engaged starlet – who was in town visiting fiancé Liam Hemsworth while he was shooting a movie – left her man's side for a little while to hang out at the city's 18+ hotspot Woody's Bar with some other boys.
"We saw her coming out of the gay bar with one of her gay friends," @CloBrown0291 tells PEOPLE. "She was very nice. She said she always supports her gays. She asked for a lighter and we shared a cigarette with her. She had to hurry back because she was meeting up with Liam."
Cyrus, clad in gold sequined shorts, "gladly accepted," when asked for a photo, @CloBrown0291 says. "She was a doll."

Being away from Southern California, Miley Cyrus apparently needed her fix of the sun!
The newly engaged star, recently in Philadelphia to visit her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, popped into Hollywood Tans with a pal, and seemed "very personable and very sweet," an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
"She was asking for advice on cool places to eat, party and hang out," the source says. "She said she absolutely loves Philadelphia."
Cyrus was so pleased with her experience that she stopped by the same establishment again shortly thereafter for a spray tan.
"She was more talkative the second time," the insider says. "She was talking about how excited she was to be married."
Cyrus and her pal even braved the pouring rain to sneak in some pampering.
