That's Kelly Rowland's take on the big news that her former Destiny's Child bandmate Beyoncé is expecting her first child with husband Jay-Z.

"I have known for quite a while, and she's happy, and Jay is happy, and that's all that counts," Rowland, 30, told PEOPLE Sunday at the House of Hype VMAs afterparty.

He gave a bleep-filled acceptance speech after winning a Moonman for best new artist at MTV's Video Music Awards Sunday night in Los Angeles. But fans of Tyler, the Creator, frontman of the hip-hop group Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All (a.k.a. Odd Future or OFWGKTA), were not likely surprised by his antics.

The rapper, 20, whose real name is Tyler Okonma, is known for his provocative lyrics and profane Tweets.

Here are five things to know about Tyler, the Creator:

1. He's multi-talented
Tyler, the Creator raps, produces music and plays the piano. He even directed the video for "Yonkers," which earned him the best new artist VMA.

Britney Spears received a fitting tribute at the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night: dozens of young dancers dressed as Britney lookalikes in some of the singer's most famous looks throughout the years.

From the school-girl knee socks of "Baby One More Time" to the red leather of "Oops! I Did It Again" to the glitter body suit from "Toxic," the dancers pulled off some of Spears’ most popular moves while the 29-year-old singer, who received the Video Vanguard award, looked on with a wide grin.

Earlier, Spears took home the Best Pop Video award for "Till the World Ends," thanking her sons Jayden and Preston – "Mommy loves you so much, babies" – and giving an "I love you" shout-out to boyfriend Jason Trawick.

Yes, the biggest jaw-dropper of the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday happened on the black carpet before the show even began: Beyoncé's baby bump reveal. But that was hardly the only surprise of the famously unpredictable show.

Leave it to Beyoncé to steal the spotlight at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards.

But it wasn't one of the pop diva's signature show-stopping performances that had people talking. Instead, it was Beyoncé's burgeoning baby bump, swathed in an orange gown.

Beyoncé, 29, posed for photos with her hands cradling her belly, teasing, "I have a surprise!"

"I'm happy to say it's true," her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

Later, during the show, she performed "Love on Top," introducing the song by telling the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live crowd, "I want you to stand up on your feet. I want you to feel the love that's growing inside me."

After her song, she unbuttoned her sparkling jacket and rubbed her stomach. The crowd roared.

Expect plenty of fireworks from Katy Perry at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, as the California singer leads all contenders with nine nominations.

Perry, 26, earned three nominations for her "Firework" clip, including Video of the Year and Best Female Video. She's also up for Best Collaboration and Best Direction for "E.T.," featuring Kanye West.

West didn't do so badly himself, scoring seven nominations. Also getting seven nods was British singer Adele, all for a single video, "Rolling in the Deep."
