Friday's release of Breaking Dawn – Part 2 is the moment Twilight fans have been waiting for – or maybe it's the moment they've been dreading.
Why? Well, the long-awaited film is the final installment in the popular five-part series.
That also means it's the last time (for now) that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner get to share a screen together.
Whether you caught a midnight screening or a matinee this afternoon, tell us, Twilight fans: Did the blockbuster, based on the popular Stephenie Meyer novel, live up to its hype?

The show must go on for Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
The Breaking Dawn: Part 2 costars – and exes – who are barely speaking following Stewart's recent cheating scandal with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, are still scheduled to join the rest of their cast to promote the final film in the Twilight saga.
"While it is studio policy not to comment on the personal lives of actors, Summit is moving full steam ahead and looking forward to this November's opening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 2," Nancy Kirkpatrick, the studio's president of worldwide marketing tells Entertainment Weekly in a statement.

Breaking Dawn Part 2: See Jacob Meet Renesmee

This still from Breaking Dawn: Part 2 might seem to portray a cute conversation between werewolf babysitter Jacob and Renesmee – the daughter of Jacob's former crush, Bella – but there's an underlying storyline that even Taylor Lautner admits people think is "creepy."
Because of a werewolf-related process called "imprinting," Lautner's Jacob is irrevocably (as Bella might say) tied to the child (played by Mackenzie Foy). Jacob will fill a protective, older-brother role to the child until she matures.

Now that Kristen Stewart's Twilight alter-ego Bella Swan is a full-blown bloodsucker – with perfectly pale skin and red eyes, of course – all should be fang-tastic for the Cullen clan.
But in the latest teaser for the saga's final installment, Breaking Dawn: Part 2, released Tuesday, Bella and Edward (played by Robert Pattinson, 26) are forced to take on the challenges of parenthood and the bossy Volturi coven.
In the 10-second clip, fans get a glimpse of vampire-human hybrid Renesmee, whose birth played out in the last film in grueling detail. (The older Renesmee will be played by model-turned-child actress Mackenzie Foy.)

Bella is back!
After spending half of Breaking Dawn wasting away due to a very complicated pregnancy, Bella Swan (Kristin Stewart) has crossed over to immortality.
In the newly released trailer for Breaking Dawn: Part 2, Bella is now a vampire. "After 18 years of being utterly ordinary," she says, "I finally found that I can shine."
Complete with red eyes and pale skin, the transformed Bella is seen caressing her love Edward (Robert Pattinson) as he tells her, "[You're] so beautiful. We're the same temperature now."
The short clip ends with a frightening shot of Bella stalking a deer in the woods. There will no doubt be more action for the vampires – and werewolves – in Breaking Dawn: Part 2, which hits theaters on Nov. 16.

Nikki Reed: Marriage is 'Easy Breezy' So Far

One month after Nikki Reed tied the knot with American Idol alum Paul McDonald, it appears the pair are still firmly in the honeymoon phase.
"The first year [of marriage] is not the hardest. Gosh, if this is the hardest, then it’s gonna be easy breezy," Reed, 23, told PEOPLE Thursday at Wired Magazine's 7th Annual Store Kick-Off party in New York. "Even under the most stressful circumstances he and I are such a good team."
And they're in no rush to expand their family any time soon.

There's actually good news for everyone here. Twilight fans can rejoice that Breaking Dawn – Part 1, opening Friday, is a breathless, faithful portrayal of so much they've waited to see: Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella's (Kristen Stewart) wedding, honeymoon and their darling, matricidal little bundle of joy.
Twilight haters can delight in the fact that it's the beginning of the end.
As a fully recovered Twi-hard for whom the book Breaking Dawn was a breaking point, I get it. Years have passed for fans waiting to get to this moment, the inarguably gorgeous, wildly over the top nuptials of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, and here, Part 1 doesn't disappoint.

Kristen Stewart: Why Being a Vampire Hurts So Bad

Costars said she was easy on the eyes when she turned heads in a dazzling white wedding dress.
But not everything Kristen Stewart wore while filming Breaking Dawn was easy on her eyes.
When the Twilight actress made her vampire transformation for the second part of the saga's final installment – the first of which arrives in theaters Friday – it wasn't the fangs she had to get used to … it was the amber contact lenses all of the vampires wear in the film.
"That is one thing I can't wait to say goodbye to," Stewart, 21, tells MTV News of the eyewear accessory. "They just kill you. [They give you] dead face."

Robert Pattinson Didn't Want to Embarrass Himself During Breaking Dawn Sex Scenes

Kristen Stewart already called their on-screen sex scenes "surreal" – but Robert Pattinson uses other words to describe filming their intimate moments.
"It becomes ridiculous after a while," he tells Parade about what runs though his head when he has to get intimate with Stewart.
"I think the more comfortable you are with each other, the harder it gets to do any kind of really intense relationship scene. You're kind of thinking, 'I don't want to embarrass myself in front of this person.' "

Kristen Stewart: Shooting Breaking Dawn Sex Scenes Was 'Surreal'

The pivotal sex scene in the new Twilight film, Breaking Dawn – Part 1, is so steamy that the MPAA originally gave the film an R rating, according to its star Kristen Stewart, who says even she was shocked by what her character does between the sheets.
"There are two big sex scenes in the two [final] films, and we did them fairly early, Stewart, 21, tells the U.K. edition of Glamour.
"It was so weird, it didn't even feel like we were doing a scene within a Twilight film. I was like, 'Bella! What are you doing? Wow! What is happening here?!' It was very surreal."
