The attorney for Andrea Constand, the first woman whose sexual abuse allegations against Bill Cosby went public a decade ago, has filed a new motion in federal court denying Constand violated their confidentiality agreement after a 2006 settlement and denying she consented to being drugged and sexually assaulted by him.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar celebrated their 31st anniversary on Tuesday, a little less than a week after their reality show, 19 Kids and Counting, was axed by TLC.
The Duggar family took to Instagram to post a sweet throwback picture of the couple's wedding.
"Happy 31st anniversary, Dad & Mom!" read the caption. "We love you!"

Judd Apatow has been vocal about condemning Bill Cosby over the countless sexual assault claims against the comedian. And a week after unsealed court documents from 2005 revealed Cosby obtained drugs to provide to women before having sex with them, Apatow has spoken out again, calling the scandal "one of the most tragic things that's happened in our business."

Hours after a controversial photo appeared on Paula Deen's Twitter account, the TV chef has fired her social media manager and apologized to her fans.
In the photo, Deen and her son Bobby were dressed as Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. Bobby, 45, was wearing skin-darkening makeup.
After a vitriolic Twitter backlash, the photo was deleted.
"Paula Deen's Social Media Manager posted a picture this morning of Paula and Bobby Deen dressed in costume as Lucy and Ricky, from I Love Lucy," her reps said in a statement to PEOPLE. "This photograph is from a Halloween episode of Paula’s Best Dishes that aired in 2011."
