Dame Helen Mirren won an Oscar for running the House of Windsor, in 2006's The Queen. But how will she fare running the life of film's most hilarious drunk?
Given that there's basically nothing Mirren can't do, the results should be inspired when she assumes the re-imagined role of Hobson the Butler in the remake of the 1981 hit Arthur, set to star Russell Brand in the role immortalized by the late Dudley Moore, reports Variety.
Mirren, 64, is taking on quite a challenge herself – given that the frankly hilarious role of Hobson won a Supporting Actor Oscar for the late Sir John Gielgud. Rather than a butler to inebriated Manhattan playboy Arthur, however, Mirren reportedly is set to play the wealthy heir's longtime nanny.
