It's becoming an animal house for TV personality Beth Stern and her husband, America's Got Talent judge Howard Stern.
"I'm turning into one of those crazy cat ladies," Stern jokingly tells PEOPLE. "Right now my husband and I have four rescue cats from the North Shore Animal League and we will hopefully adopt a dog this summer. So we definitely have a full house of pets and I absolutely love it."
Stern, the host of Nat Geo Wild's new show Spoiled Rotten Pets, premiering on April 20, says she was "born with the love" for animals. In fact, her pets are her babies.

Home. Some pets never have one to call their own. We'd like to help change that by introducing you to an extraordinary adoptable pet every week. Meet Nory, a sweet cat who wants to be someone's companion.
When she arrived at the ASPCA in December, Nory had her paws full: she had recently birthed a litter of kittens, and was carefully tending to each one.

Grumpy Cat's off-put expression is known far and wide – even The Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder is a fan – but owner Tabatha Bundesen says the cat is quite the opposite in person.
"She's a normal cat. She's really sweet," Bundesen tells PEOPLE. "She sleeps like 18 hours a day."
Real name Tardar Sauce, Grumpy Cat became a phenomenon when Bundesen's brother Bryan posted a photo of her on Reddit.

Things are not all purr-fect at the Broadway production of Breakfast at Tiffany's, which opened Wednesday night in New York City.
Only hours before the show's evening bow, it was announced that Montie, a black-and-white male that served as the play's main understudy, was fired after failing to obey instructions.
But "while there are others who are joining the production as understudies and covers, Montie will remain at the theater indefinitely," publicist Rick Miramontez said in a statement, a nod to Montie's owner, Babette Corelli, who is in charge of training cats for the show.

Add Eva Longoria to the list of Hollywood's cat ladies.
While the former Desperate Housewives star is too busy to parent one right now, she tells PEOPLE, "I always found that I identified with them. Cats are feminine and independent and playful, much like a woman."
Her affinity for felines is why she's partnered with Sheba cat food to kick off the Feed Your Passion campaign, in which cat lovers are encouraged to visit the brand's website and share a photo of themselves and their pet, or a video of their greatest passion.

Paging Destiny's Child! Natasha, a Siberian Forest cat from Oakland, Calif., is a survivor alright.
The sixth-month-old feline spent 35 minutes trapped inside a washing machine cycle but managed to make it out alive.
Having emerged with a severe case of hypothermia, Natasha was brought to an animal hospital by her owner, Daryl Humdy. Her reason for admission led her to receive the "Most Unusual Claim Award" by the company Veterinary Pet Insurance.

They may look like an odd couple, but they certainly don't behave like one.
After a stray kitten wandered into a baboon's enclosure and refused to leave, it found itself taken in by the primate, who has been treating it as if it were one of its own infants.
The duo, residents at an Israeli petting zoo, are rarely apart from one another, andthe baboon has even taken to checking the kitten for fleas.

Taylor Swift may be making the rounds discussing her already best-selling new album, Red, but there's an even bigger star in her midst: cat Meredith.
"It's a crazy situation," she tells Katie Couric in a taped episode of Katie that airs Friday. "'Cause it's a cat."
While the world's obsession may be confusing, Meredith has easily won over her mom since being brought home almost a year ago.
