Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane looks like he has a new lady in his life, and it's not cartoon wife Lois Griffin.
MacFarlane, 39, has been dating Pitch Perfect actress Alexis Knapp, E! News reports. Knapp's voice – coincidentally – could be heard on the "Valentine's Day in Quahog" episode of MacFarlane's hit FOX show this past season.
"They've known each other and have been friends for years," a source tells PEOPLE. "She's very bright and loves science like him. She's down-to-earth and sweet."

On Monday night's Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Aussie comedy star Rebel Wilson proved she could belt out a tune and be her own rhythm section all at the same time.
The Pitch Perfect actress joked with Leno in the interview about how she got the role of Fat Amy in the comedy about an all-girls a cappella group.
"It's a comedy, but you also have to sing in it," Wilson said. "And they're like, 'Well, she kind of looks like Adele – but can she sing?' "
