But that didn't stop the 22-year-old actress from stopping to chat with E! News.
"I'm fine, I'm fine," Lawrence told Giuliana Rancic. "I'm so worried everyone's, like, scared of me like, 'Are you still sick?' No, I'm fine."

How to get the jump on your sister Oscar nominees? Host Saturday Night Live – and come out punching.
That was Jennifer Lawrence's modus operandi this weekend, with the Silver Linings Playbook's Best Actress contender taking good-natured swipes at her competition during her silver-tongued opening monologue on the NBC comedy show.
About Jessica Chastain, she said: "In Zero Dark Thirty you caught Bin Laden. So what? In Winter's Bone I caught a squirrel, and then ate it."
Naomi Watts: You were in The Impossible. You know what else is impossible? You beating me on Oscar night."

Bradley Cooper didn't necessarily have the wildest of birthday celebrations, but his special day certainly didn't go unnoticed.
The Silver Linings Playbook star, who flew in on Bombardier's Hollywood Reporter Palm Springs shuttle from Santa Monica, Calif., and turned 38 on Saturday, was greeted by a slew of screaming fans when he arrived on the red carpet at the 24th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala in Palm Springs, Calif.
"Bradley started interacting with his fans and then they broke out into song, chanting 'Happy birthday to you,'" an onlooker tells PEOPLE.
Running late into the event because of the fan holdup, Cooper whisked by many of the reporters, and when asked about his birthday plans, answered with a smile, "I'm here!"

With impressive performances from Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence, Silver Linings Playbook may already be an Oscar contender before it even hits theaters.
For Pat (played by Cooper), a former teacher who has just been released from a mental hospital, things get interesting when he gets involved with Tiffany (played by Lawrence), a neighborhood girl with problems of her own.
But with Danny (Chris Tucker) leading the way, Tiffany and Pat unwind as they learn to dance to Stevie Wonder's "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing."

Don't expect Jennifer Lawrence to succumb to the pressures of Hollywood anytime soon.
"I'm never going to starve myself for a part ... I don't want little girls to be like, 'Oh, I want to look like Katniss, so I'm going to skip dinner.' That's something I was really conscious of during training, when you're trying to get your body to look exactly right. I was trying to get my body to look fit and strong – not thin and underfed," the actress, 22, tells December's Elle.
Despite being a relatively new face on the silver screen, the star of Silver Linings Playbook – which also stars Bradley Cooper and opens Nov. 21 – says her career brings her confidence.
