Kristen Stewart: Will She Be Asked Back for a Snow White Sequel?
Originally posted 08/15/2012 11:50AM
A Snow White and the Huntsman sequel may hit the silver screen without, well, its Snow White.
On Tuesday, the Hollywood Reporter ran an article saying that Kristen Stewart will not be invited back to star in a planned sequel to last summer's Snow White and the Huntsman. Instead, the story said, the film would focus on Chris Hemsworth's Huntsman character, and it would begin shooting this summer once the actor's schedule is free.
Soon after, though, the Los Angeles Times reported that Stewart's future in the planned Snow White sequel was not yet determined and that she could still play a role in the Hemsworth-focused film.

Robert Pattinson: 'I'm Not Interested in Selling My Personal Life'

Robert Pattinson – live in Times Square!
Hundreds of fans lined up overnight to see the star arrive at the Good Morning America studios on Wednesday, but those hoping to hear Pattinson, 26, pour out his broken heart over his long-term girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheating on him with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders might have walked away somewhat frustrated – and yet still enlightened.
Referring to the cheating scandal as the elephant in the room that could not be avoided, GMA co-anchor George Stephanopoulos pressed Pattinson on the subject, with the actor refusing the bait for as long as he possibly could. (He did, however, take one thing from the anchor: his his favorite cereal, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which Stephanopoulos presented to him at the top of the interview.)
"I've never been interested in selling my personal life," said Pattinson, who said he was there to promote his new movie, Cosmopolis, which opens Friday. Still, the actor acknowledged that his being on TV made him a target for personal questions.

So it was Stewart's gut-wrenching apology to Pattinson, punctuated by her double "I love him, I love him," that shocked in its bare expression of emotion nearly as much as her admission of a fling with Rupert Sanders, the married director of Snow White and the Huntsman.
So how did Stewart, 22, go from private love to public pain? And were there any signs along the way? Here's a timeline of the key events leading up to the cheating scandal:

Kristen Stewart, Rupert Sanders at Cast Dinner in May (Photo)
Originally posted 07/26/2012 11:45AM
Before a cheating scandal rocked the lives of both Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders, the pair spent months together on the sets of Snow White and the Huntsman.
While filming SWATH, Sanders, 41, seemed infatuated with Stewart, 22, but it never went any further, a source tells PEOPLE. One of the reasons could be that Sanders's wife, actress-model Liberty Ross, starred alongside Stewart in the film, playing Snow White's mother. Sanders even cast the couple's two children, Skyla, 7, and Tennyson, 5, as extras in the film's final scene.
But a photo unearthed from May shows Stewart and Sanders enjoying dinner with a small group, which included fellow castmember Charlize Theron, at Berlin's Monsieur Vuong Vietnamese restaurant.

Snow White And The Huntsman: Why It's Worth Seeing
Originally posted 06/01/2012 03:55PM
It hardly seems like a fair fight.
The evil queen is a calculating sorceress. Snow White is ... pretty, yet she always wins. Good for Snow White And The Huntsman for being solidly entertaining while raising the old debate over whether a woman's looks are her power. I just wish the film knew what it thought about that.
On one hand, Queen Ravenna (Charlize Theron) couldn't be more beautiful or powerful, beguiling the king and taking his throne. Theron's queen is a mad diva in fierce costumes, giving her scenes gleeful bombast befitting the film's dark, Game of Thrones style.
Chris Hemsworth Caresses Comatose Kristen Stewart in Snow White & the Huntsman Clip

"What would you give to see her again?"
That's the eerie question asked by the evil Queen Ravenna (Charlize Theron) when Huntsman Chris Hemsworth sees his protégé Snow White, felled by the Queen's poison apple, in the new trailer for Snow White & the Huntsman.
It's just about the only time Snow White (Kristen Stewart) stops fighting: this incarnation of the fabled beauty befriends terrifying monsters, dives off cliffs and expertly wields a sword. She even wears armor on the Snow White & the Huntsman soundtrack cover, striking a pensive pose as warring knights clash behind her. (The soundtrack's first single, "Breath of Life," by Florence + The Machine, can be heard in the clip above.)
